بررسی ارتباط بین مشخصه های فیزیکو شمیایی و آلودگی میکربی در آب جکوزی و استخرهای شنا در استان گلستان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: استخرهای شنا و جکوزی‌ها از جمله مراکز ورزشی و تفریحی هستند که افراد زیادی در سنین و قشرهای گوناگون از آن استفاده می‌کنند.با توجه به اهمیت حفظ بهداشت و سلامتی شناگران، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین مشخصه‌های فیزیکوشیمیایی و آلودگی میکروبی در آب جکوزی و استخرهای شنا در استان گلستان انجام شد.
روش‌کار:در این مطالعه مقطعی با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی، جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 8 استخر فعال سرپوشیده دارای جکوزی در سطح استان گلستان بود. بررسی پارامترهای میکروبی(کلکلیفرم،اشرشیاکلی،استرپتوکوک مدفوعی و سودوموناس) و فیزیکوشیمیایی(دما،pH، کدورت، کلر باقی‌مانده آزاد)بر اساس استاندارد متد انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌هابا استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماریSPSS(نسخه 18) و آزمون‌های کروسکال والیس،  ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و شاخهای مرکزی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها:با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، در استخرهای شنا بین کدورت و سودوموناس همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود داشت( p=0/017)،اما بین کدورت و سایر میکروارگانیسم‌ها ارتباطی مشاهده نشد(P<0/05).در جکوزی‌ها بین کل کلیفرم‌ها(0/002=p) و استرپتوکوک‌های مدفوعی(0/035=p) همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری مشاهده شد.بین میزان کلر آزاد باقی‌مانده و ارگانیسم‌های شاخص در استخرها وجکوزی‌هاارتباط عکس وجود داشت؛ به طوریکه هرچه میزان کل باقی‌مانده بیشتر بود، تعداد این میکروارگانیسم‌ها کمتر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری:پراکندگی زیادی در آلودگی میکروبی استخرها و جکوزی‌ها و همچنین متغیرهای فیزیکوشیمیایی وجود دارد. به‌عبارت دیگر استخرها و جکوزی‌ها در برخی روزها بسیار تمیز و در برخی روزها دارای آلودگی بسیار زیاد از نظر وجود این میکروارگانیسم‌ها، کدورت و میزان کلر باقی‌مانده هستند؛که این نشان‌دهنده عدم راهبری مناسب استخرها و جکوزی‌ها به تناسب تعداد شناگران و میزان گندزدایی می‌باشد.

چکیده English

Background and Aims: Swimming pools and Jacuzzis as sports and recreational centers are used by many people in different ages and classes. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between physicochemical characteristics and microbial contamination in Jacuzzi water and swimming pools in Golestan province.

Materials and Methods: In the present cross-sectional study with descriptive-analytic approach, eight indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were chosen to be investigated in the Golestan province. Biological (Total coliform, E.coli, Streptococcus, Pseudomonas) and physiochemical parameters (temperature, pH, turbidity, free chlorine residual) were performed according to standard methods.

Results: The obtained results showed a significant and positive correlation between turbidity and Pseudomonas in swimming pools (p=0.017). However, no significant relationship was observed between turbidity and other microorganisms. Also, it was revealed that there was a significant and positive correlation between total coliforms and fecal streptococci in the Jacuzzis . Beside an inverse relationship was found btween the free residual chlorine and indicator organisms.

 Conclusions:There is a high dispersion between microbial contamination and physicochemical variables in pools and Jacuzzis. In other wordو pools and Jacuzzis are very clean on some days and on some others, they are too polluted from the aspect of microorganisms’ presence and turbidity.. This indicates that there is  no appropriate operation for pools and Jacuzzis  in proportion of swimmer numbers and disinfection rate.
