بررسی حذف فلوراید از محلول های آبی توسط کیتوزان استخراج شده از پوسته میگوی بومی خلیج فارس
زمینه و هدف: در میان عناصر، فلوراید به دلیل غلظت بالا در سطح زمین و بیماری زا بودن، برای انسان اهمیت بالایی دارد. فلوراید در غلظت های بالا برای انسان خطرنا ک می باشد و سازمان جهانی بهداشت غلظت مجاز آن را 1.5 میلی گرم بر لیتر اعلام کرده است. هدف از این تحقیق جدا سازی کیتوزان از پوسته میگوی بومی خلیج فارس و ارزیابی عملکرد آن در حذف فلوراید در محلول های آبی است. مواد و رو شها: کیتوزان از پوسته میگوی بومی خلیج فارس طی سه مرحله جداسازی مواد پروتینی، جداسازی مواد معدنی و دی استیلاسیون استخراج شد و تاثیر pH ، زمان تماس و غلظت جاذب در عملکرد حذف فلوراید به وسیله دستگاه اسپکترو فتومتر DR5000 در سیستم ناپیوسته محاسبه گردید. سپس در شرایط بهینه ایزوترم و سینتیک جذب بررسی گردیدند. یافته ها: نتایج آزمون ناپیوسته نشان داد با 100 میلی لیتر محلول 4 میلی گرم در لیتر فلوراید، بهترین حذف فلوراید در 7=pH ، زمان تماس 60 دقیقه و غلظت جاذب 2 گرم بر لیتر بوده است. نتایج آزمایش از سینتیک جذب درجه دوم تبعیت میکند. حداکثر ظرفیت جذب 157 / 0 میلی گرم بر گرم حذف فلوراید با کیتوزان بوده است. نتیجه گیری : می توان از کیتوزان استخراج شده از پوسته میگو به عنوان جاذب موثر در حذف فلوراید از آب های آلوده استفاده نموده و مقدار فلوراید در آب آشامیدنی را به پایین تر از مقدار مجاز فلوراید رسانید.

بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین (کادمیوم، مس، منگنز، نیکل، سرب و روی) در رسوبات رودخانه زاینده رود
زمینه و هدف: ورود عوامل آلاینده ناشی از فعالیت های طبیعی و انسانی به محیط یکی از مهمترین مسائل رو در روی جوامع امروزی است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر از مطالعات آزمایشگاهی، میدانی و مرور منابع بهره برده است. این مقاله با هدف تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین (کادمیوم، مس، منگنز، نیکل، سرب و روی) در رسوبات رودخانه زاینده رود و مقایسه آنها در ایستگاهها و فصول مختلف از اوایل مهر ماه 1393 تا اواخر شهریور ماه 1394 انجام شده است. روش کار: جهت تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین از تکنیک ICP-AES توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی استفاده شد و سپس با نرم افزارهای آماری و شاخص مولر به بررسی میزان آلایندگی فلزات پرداخته شد. حوضه آبخیز زاینده رود در طول جغرافیایی 50 درجه و 2 دقیقه تا 53 درجه و 24 دقیقه شرقی و عرض 31 درجه و 12 دقیقه تا 33 درجه و 42 دقیقه شمالی قرار دارد. یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از میزان بالای غلظت کادمیوم در ایستگاه پل وحید در فصل تابستان با مقدار 0.0081±0.95، میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن خشک است که از استاندارد کیفیت رسوب کانادا و نیویورک بالاتر است. شاخص مولر نیز میزان کادمیوم در پل وحید را در وضعیت آلودگی متوسط، نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از میزان بالای غلظت کادمیوم و بیشتر از استاندادهای جهانی به دلیل صنایع آبکاری و فعالیت های کشاورزی در ایستگاهای بالادست است. میزان بالای منگنز در پل چوم و سرب در ورزنه نیز بیشتر به فعالیت های کشاورزی مربوط است. به طور کلی ایستگاه پل وحید نسبت به سایر ایستگاهها وضعیت نامناسب تری دارد.

بررسی کارآیی الکتروکواگولاسیون در تصفیه فاضلاب صنایع لبنی به صورت جریان پیوسته ( مطالعه موردی فاضلاب ورودی کارخانه پنیر صباح گنبد کاووس)
زمینه و هدف: امروزه به دلیل گسترش روزافزون صنایع و نیاز گسترده به آب در فرایند تولید، انواع فاضلاب ها با بار آلودگی بالا تولید می شوند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کارآیی الکتروکواگولاسیون در تصفیه فاضلاب صنایع لبنی به صورت جریان پیوسته ( مطالعه موردی فاضلاب ورودی کارخانه پنیر صباح گنبد کاووس) طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش کار: مطالعه به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. نمونه ها از فاضلاب ورودی کارخانه پنیر صباح برداشت و وارد راکتور الکتروکواگولاسیون با جریان پیوسته شد و در زمانهای ماند مختلف 20، 40 و 60 دقیقه و جریان الکتریسیته با ولتاژهای 20، 40 و 60 ولت آزمایشات COD، BOD، کدورت، نیترات، فسفات انجام و نتایج حاصله آنالیز گردید. یافتهها: میانگین COD ، BOD ، نیترات، فسفات و کدورت به ترتیب در فاضلاب کارخانه صباح به طور متوسط برابر 231±4933، 50±600 ، 8/14±6/48 ، 7/0±28میلی گرم در لیتر و NTU 6/297±1329بود. بیشترین میزان حذف این پارامترها در طول انجام مطالعه با توجه به زمان واکنش و میزان پتانسیل الکتریکی به ترتیب 62/84، 67/66، 55، 2/54 و 1/85 درصد بود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج مشخص شد که فرایند انعقاد الکتریکی به عنوان فرایند پیش تصفیه می تواند باعث حذف مواد آلی ،کدورت ، مواد مغذی ، کاهش بار آلی و افزایش تجزیه پذیری فاضلاب گردد و می تواند به عنوان گزینه ای مؤثر جهت تصفیه مؤثر فاضلاب ها ، جلوگیری از آلودگی محیط زیست ، منابع آب و حفاظت از آنها مد نظر قرار گیرد.

زمینه و هدف: آلودگی هوا یکی ازعوامل مهم تهدید کننده سلامت انسان می باشد. کیفیت نامطلوب هوا باعث ایجاد آسیب های زیادی بر انسان و محیط زیست و اثرات بهداشتی مختلف می شود. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه ای شاخص بهداشت کیفیت هو (AQHI) و کاربردهای آن در کلانشهر تهران در سال های 86 تا 93 انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد ابتدا اطلاعات ساعتی مربوط به چهار آلاینده معیار از اداره کل محیط زیست تهران و شرکت کنترل کیفیت هوا جمع آوری گردید .سپس به وسیله معیار های سازمان جهانی بهداشت اعتبار سنجی گردید و با توجه به دستورالعمل ها، شاخص بهداشت کیفیت هوا محاسبه شد و بر مبنای جداول استاندارد کیفیت بهداشتی هوا در گروه های خطر کم، متوسط، زیاد و خیلی زیاد طبقه بندی گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بر اساس شاخص بهداشت کیفیت هوا میزان آلودگی هوا در شهر تهران در وضعیت نا مناسبی قرار دارد و بر این اساس طی سالهای 93-86 به ترتیب در 95 % ، 92 % ، 73 % ، 65 % ، 57 % ، 65 % ،52 % و 46% از روز ها کیفیت هوا از حد استاندارد تجاوز کرده است که شامل مجموع سطح خطر زیاد و سطح خطر خیلی زیاد می باشد. نتیجهگیری: در نتیجه با توجه به میزان بالای آلودگی هوا و خطرات ناشی از آن، بایستی برنامه ریزی و مدیریت مناسبی در بخش بهداشت و محیط زیست جهت کنترل و کاهش آلودگی هوا صورت گیرد.

شبیهسازی و برآورد کیفیت بهداشتی هوای شهری با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی (مطالعه موردی: ایستگاه قلهک شهر تهران)
زمینه و هدف: کیفیت نامطلوب هوا ناشی از وجود غلظتهای زیاد آلایندهها در کلان شهر تهران موجب ایجاد بیماریهای مختلف و مشکلات فراوان برای سلامتی و رفاه عمومی این کلانشهر گردیده است و همچنین موجب آسیب به محیط زیست و موجودات زنده میشود. روش کار: شاخص کیفیت هوا (AQI) یک ابزار کلیدی جهت آگاهی از کیفیت هوا، نحوۀ اثر آلودگی هوا بر سلامت و روشهای محافظتی در برابر آلودگی هوا است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق مدلسازی و برآورد شاخص کیفیت هوا با درخت تصمیم و الگوریتم بوستینگ تطبیقی است. از دادههای ساعتی غلظت آلایندههای هوا و پارامترهای هواشناسی ایستگاه قلهک شهر تهران بهمنظور مدلسازی و برآورد AQI استفاده شد یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدل درخت تصمیم عملکرد بهتری نسبت به مدل بوستینگ تطبیقی دارد. برای ارزیابی نتایج مدلهای مذکور، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، میانگین مطلق خطا (MAE)، میانگین مربعات خطا (MSE) و ضریب همبستگی (R) در مدل درخت تصمیم برای مرحله آزمون به ترتیب 75/0 ، 101/0 ، 563/0 و 99/0 حاصل شد که در مقایسه با مدل بوستینگ تطبیقی (1/7RMSE=، 11/5MAE=، 52/50MSE= و 95/0R=) حاکی از برتری مطلق نتایج درخت تصمیم رگرسیون نسبت به مدل بوستینگ تطبیقی است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که میتوان از مدل درخت تصمیم رگرسیون به عنوان یک مدل کارآمد جهت مدلسازی و برآورد شاخص کیفیت هوا شهری استفاده نمود.

بررسی تصفیه شیرابه پسماندهای شهری بهوسیله فرایند الکتروشیمیایی
زمینه و هدف: شیرابه زمینهای دفن پسماند شهری، یکی از مشکلات مهم محیطزیستی است. انعقاد الکتریکی ازجمله روشهایی است که برای تصفیه شیرابه به آن توجه میشود. هدف از این مطالعه، تصفیه پذیری شیرابه محل دفن پسماند به روش الکتروشیمیایی با استفاده از الکترودهای پلاتین و گرافیت در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی بوده است روش کار: در این مطالعه، تجهیزات مربوط به راکتور الکتروشیمیایی شامل الکترودآندصفحهای از جنس پلاتین تجاری و کاتد از جنس گرافیت به کار رفته است. درصد حذف کروم و مواد آلی در گستره شدت جریان الکتریکی، 1،2، 3 و 4 آمپر و زمان واکنش 1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 6، 7 و 8 ساعت تعیین مقدار شد. یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که افزایش زمان سبب افزایش حذف COD و BOD و کروم میشود؛ همچنین، میزان تجزیهپذیری نیز افزایش مییابد. با افزایش میزان شدت جریان الکتریکی، زمان مورد نیاز برای رسیدن به راندمانهای حذف مشابه کاهش مییابد و با کم شدن میزان شدت جریان الکتریکی، زمان مورد نیاز افزایش مییابد. نتیجهگیری: فرایند الکتروشیمیایی بهعنوان فرایند پیشتصفیه میتواند سبب حذف مواد آلی، فلزات سنگین، کاهش بار آلی و افزایش تجزیهپذیری فاضلاب شود. همچنین، میتواند بهعنوان گزینهای مؤثر برای تصفیه مؤثر فاضلابها، جلوگیری از آلودگی محیطزیست، منابع آب و حفاظت از آنها مدنظر قرار گیرد.

محاسبه میزان ارزش حرارتی زباله شهری مخلوط با پسماند خروجی از تاسیسات پردازش و مقایسه نتایج با مثلث ارزیابی سوزاندن زباله تانر(مطالعه موردی زباله شهر قزوین)
زمینه و هدف: در سال 1393 به طور میانگین روزانه 300 تن مواد زائد شهری در شهر قزوین تولید شده است که سرانه آن 680 گرم به ازای هر نفر در روز است با توجه به تولید میزان زیاد پسماند در این شهر جهت مدیریت اصولی آنها نیاز است روش های تلفیقی شامل کمپوست سازی ،دفن و تبدیل زباله به انرژی به کار گرفته شود . متداولترین روش تبدیل پسماند به انرژی در نیروگاهای زباله سوز انجام می شود .بر اساس گزارش بانک جهانی در خصوص ساخت نیروگاه زباله سوز، جهت سوختن پایدار زباله بدون نیاز به سوخت اضافی ، حداقل ارزش حرارتی پایین زباله می بایست Mj/kg7 باشد و هیچ زمانی کمتر از Mj/kg6 نباشد همچنین نوسانات هفتگی آن کمتر از 20 % باشد. روش کار: جهت انجام این مطالعه ابتدا از پسماند مخلوط شهر قزوین نمونه برداری انجام شد ، نمونه ها (در تمام طول سال ، هفته ای سه روز شنبه ،دوشنبه و پنج شنبه و هر بار 5 نمونه) تهیه شدند همه نمونه ها جهت مشخص کردن ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی زباله مخلوط از ایستگاه انتقال زباله شهر قزوین تهیه شد . جهت تعین ویژگیهای پسماند خروجی از تاسیسات پردازش نیز 260 نمونه از انتهای خط پردازش تهیه گردید و آنالیز رطوبت ، مواد قابل احتراق و خاکستر و همچنین محتوای ارزش حرارتی بر اساس روشهای استاندارد انجام شد . یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد میزان ارزش حرارتی پایین پسماند مخلوط شهر قزوین معادل Mj/ Kg 133/6 می باشد، همچنین میزان رطوبت معادل 3/50% و درصد خاکستر و مواد قابل احتراق به ترتیب 1/30 و 9/27 محاسبه شد. ارزش حرارتی پسماند خروجی از تاسیسات پردازش نیز معادل Mj/ Kg8/11 برآورد گردید ، میزان خاکستر ، مواد قابل احتراق و رطوبت نیز به ترتیب 46/25 ،49/42 و 89/20 درصد اندازه گیری شد . نتایج حاصل سپس با مثلث ارزیابی سوزاندن زباله تانر مقایسه گردید. نتیجهگیری: پسماند خروجی از تاسیسات پردازش با الگوی تانر مطابقت بیشتری دارد . با توجه به بالا بودن ارزش حرارتی پسماند خروجی از تاسیسات پردازش و پایین بودن میزان رطوبت آن پیشنهاد می گردد جهت مدیریت پسماند شهر قزوین زباله سوز از نوع ریجک سوز استفاده گردد.

بررسی کمیت و کیفیت پسماند مطب های دندانپزشکی شهر بجنورد در سال1394
زمینه و هدف: امروزه یکی از مهمترین معضلات زیست محیطی، پسماند تولیدی در مراکز دندانپزشکی است که به علت داشتن عوامل خطرناک، سمی و بیماریزا از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وآنالیز زباله های تولیدی در مطب های دندانپزشکی شهر بجنورد انجام شد. روش کار: تعداد 28 مطب دندانپزشکی شهر بجنورد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. از هر مطب سه نمونه در سه روز متوالی هر هفته برداشت شد. نمونه ها به صورت دستی جداسازی و به 64 جزء تفکیک شده و با ترازوی دیجیتال با دقت 01/0 گرم توزین شدند. اجزا بر اساس پتانسیل خطرزایی در 4 گروه دسته بندی شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از روش آمار توصیفی، توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 19 و Excel تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: سهم تولید پسماند های عفونی، شبه خانگی، شیمیایی و دارویی و سمی به ترتیب 85/40، 99/49، 47/7، 69/1 درصد بود. کل پسماند دندانپزشکی تولیدی سالیانه در بجنورد 31/6162 کیلوگرم می باشد. اجزای اصلی تشکیل دهنده زباله های تولیدی در مطب های دندانپزشکی بجنورد 16 جزء بوده که در مجموع بیش از 80 درصد زباله های دندانپزشکی را تشکیل می دهند. نتیجهگیری: آموزش دندانپزشکان جهت انجام فعالیت های مربوط به کاهش، جداسازی و بازیافت پسماند در داخل مطب مطابق با دستورالعمل ها پیشنهاد می شود زیرا با تفکیک بخش قابل بازیافت زباله های دندانپزشکی از سایر بخش ها، می توان حجم زیادی از پسماندها را کم کرد که این مقدار بخش قابل توجهی از هزینه های جمع آوری و حمل و نقل و دفع و بی خطرسازی را کم می کند
