کووید-19 و افزایش زبالههای پلاستیکی در محیطزیست ساحل و دریا
پلاستیکها به علت مزایای متعدد، ارزانی و در دسترس بودن به طور گسترده در جامعه مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و تولید جهانی پلاستیک در سال 2018 به 359 میلیون تن در سال رسیده است. سازمان بهداشت جهانی ویروس کرونا عامل ابتلا به بیماری کووید-19 را در اواخر دسامبر 2019 در ووهان چین شناسایی کرد. در طی فراگیری بیماری کووید-19 استفاده از ماسکهای صورت یکبار مصرف سادهترین راهحل برای جلوگیری از انتقال کووید-19 توصیه گردید. افزایش بیسابقه تولید و استفاده از ماسکها و دستکشها یک چالش زیستمحیطی جدید است که باعث افزایش زبالههای پلاستیکی در معابر و محیطزیست دریایی شده است. براساس تخمینهای سازمان بهداشت جهانی، در هر ماه تقریباً 89 میلیون ماسک پزشکی برای واکنش به کووید-19 مورد نیاز است. دفع نادرست و دور انداختن این اقلام باعث ورود آنها به محیطزیست ساحلی و دریایی از طریق رواناب و همچنین بازدیدکنندگان ساحلی شده است. ماسکهای صورت یکبار مصرف، ماکروزبالههای پلاستیکی هستند و میتوانند به قطعات کوچکتر به نام میکروپلاستیک شکسته شوند و توسط موجودات دریایی بلعیده شوند. مدیریت مناسب پسماند، آگاهی و آموزش مردم درباره دفع صحیح این اقلام محافظت شخصی، استفاده از ماسک های قابل شستشو، راهکارهایی است که میتواند به کاهش حضور این زبالهها در محیطزیست نقش مؤثری ایفا کند.

شبیهسازی پارامترهای شوری و سطح آب زیرزمینی دشت رامهرمز با استفاده از مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بهینه شده
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: مدلسازی آبهای زیرزمینی بهدلیل کارایی بالا و هزینههای کمتر نسبت به روشهای دیگر، بهعنوان ابزار مدیریتی منابع آب مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا تعداد زیادی مدل در زمینه مدیریت بهتر برای حفظ منابع آب گسترش یافته است. بیشتر این مدلها نیازمند پارامترهای ورودی هستند که یا دسترسی به آنها مشکل است و یا اینکه اندازهگیری آنها محتاج صرف هزینه و زمان زیادی میباشد. در این میان مدلهای شبکه عصبی مصنوعی که با الهام از ساختار مغز بشر عمل مینمایند، بهعنوان گزینهای برتر معرفی میشوند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شبیهسازی پارامترهای شوری و سطح آب زیرزمینی دشت رامهرمز انجام شد.مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر به منظور شبیهسازی پارامترهای سطح آب زیرزمینی و شوری آب زیرزمینی دشت رامهرمز با استفاده از مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بهینه شده و در نهایت مقایسه نتایج آنها با دادههای اندازهگیری شده، انجام گرفت. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده برای ورودی به دو مدلهاشامل بارندگی، حداقل دما، حداکثر دما، میانگین دما، حداقل رطوبت نسبی، حداکثر رطوبت نسبی، میانگین رطوبت نسبی، سرعت باد در ارتفاع 2 متری و مجموع ساعات آفتابی طی سالهای 1390 تا 1396 بود.یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج، بالاترین دقت پیشبینی پارامترهای سطح آب زیرزمینی و شوری آب زیرزمینی مربوط به مدل ANN+PSO با تابع محرک تانژانت سیگموئیدی بود؛ بهطوریکه مقدار آمارههای جذر میانگین مربعات خطا و میانگین خطا مطلق کمترین مقدار و ضریب تعیین بیشترین مقدار را برای مدل مذکور داشت.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به کارایی بالای مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با آموزش الگوریتم بهینهسازی تجمع ذرات، میتوان از این مدل جهت اتخاذ تصمیمات مدیریتی و حصول اطمینان از نتایج پایش و کاهش هزینه استفاده کرد.نوع مقاله: اصیل پژوهشیکلید واژهها: سطح آب زیرزمینی، شبیهسازی، شوری آب زیرزمینی، مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی

بررسی کارایی فرایند اکسیداسیون پیشرفته بر پایه ازن زنی کاتالیستی در حضور نانوذرات اکسید روی سنتز شده (ZnO) در حذف ترکیبات آلی فرار (VOCs) در هوای آلوده
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: انتشار ترکیبات آلی فرار از منابع ثابت و متحرک، باعث افزایش غلظت زمینهای این ترکیبات در محیط زیست میشود. این ترکیبات دارای پتانسیل ایجاد خطر برای محیط زیست و سلامتی انسان هستند. اتخاذ روشهای مدیریتی و مهندسی در کنترل انتشار این آلایندهها به امری ضروری تبدیل شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف استفاده از فرآیند اکسیداسیون پیشرفته ازنزنی کاتالیستی جهت کاهش غلظت این آلایندهها در خروجی صنایع انجام شد.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تجربی از فرآیند ازنزنی در حضور بستر کاتالیستی حاوی نانوکامپوزیتهای نانوکامپوزیت اکسید روی (ZnO) پوشش داده شده بر روی زئولیت جهت تصفیه هوای آلوده به ترکیبات BTEX بهعنوان شاخصهای ترکیبات آلی فرار در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی استفاده شد. در این مطالعه، ابتدا سنتز نانوکامپوزیت بر اساس روش همرسوبی شیمیایی صورت گرفت. آنالیزهای SEM (میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی)، XRD (الگوی پراش اشعه ایکس)، BET و FT-IR (طیف سنج مادون قرمز فوریه) جهت بررسی خصوصیات ساختاری نانوکامپوزیت انجام شد. متغیرهای غلظت اولیه BTEX (50-200 پی پی ام)، دبی (5-20 لیتر در ساعت)، رطوبت (0-75%) و غلظت ازن (25/0 -1 گرم در ساعت) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مقدار غلظت ترکیبات BTEX بر اساس دستورالعمل 1501 NIOSH توسط دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی اندازهگیری شد.یافتهها: نتایج آنالیزهای SEM، XRD، BET و FT-IR بیانگر سنتز مناسب نانوکامپوزیت بود. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده آزمایشگاهی، شرایط بهینه فرآیند شامل: غلظت اولیه آلایندهها برابر 50 پی پی ام، دبی ورودی جریان هوای آلوده برابر 5 لیتر در ساعت، رطوبت نسبی هوا 25-35% و غلظت ازن ورودی برابر 1 گرم در ساعت بود. در این شرایط، کارایی حذف ترکیبات بنزن، تولوئن، اتیل بنزن و زایلن بهترتیب 98، 96، 92 و 91 درصد بهدست آمد. فرآیندهای ازنزنی ساده و جذب سطحی، کارایی پایینتری نسبت به ازنزنی کاتالیزوری دارند و اثر همافزایی فرآیند مشهود است.نتیجهگیری: فرآیند ازن زنی کاتالیزوری، توانایی کاهش غلظت ترکیبات BTEX را به حد استاندارد تعیین شده دارد. از این فرآیند میتوان جهت تصفیه جریان هوای آلوده صنایع منتشر کننده BTEX که تهدید کننده سلامت انسان و محیط زیست است، استفاده نمود.نوع مقاله: پژوهشیکلید واژهها: ازنزنی، اکسید روی، ترکیبات آلی فرار، نانوکامپوزیت، هوای آلوده، BTEX

تعیین کارایی زائدات پلاستیک، لاستیک و زائدات الکترونیکی در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: افزایش تولید فاضلاب و همچنین تولید روزافزون زائدات، تهدید بزرگی برای سلامت بشر و محیطزیست محسوب میشود؛ بنابراین باید نسبت به تصفیه فاضلاب و استفاده مجدد از زائدات اقدام نمود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین کارایی زائدات پلاستیک، لاستیک و زائدات الکترونیکی در تصفیه فاضلاب شهری به روش الکتروشیمیایی - میکروبی انجام شد.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تجربی- کاربردی که در مقیاس پایلوت انجام شد، تأثیر زمانماند هیدرولیکی و خصوصیات اولیه (دما، pH و هدایت الکتریکی) بر بازده فرآیند تصفیه، در چهار بستر دارای زائدات مختلف بررسی شد. نمونهبرداری هفتهای 2 مرتبه از ورودی و خروجی پایلوتها انجام شد و پارامترهای اکسیژن خواهی بیولوژیکی، اکسیژن خواهی شیمیایی، کل مواد جامد معلق ، pH و EC بر اساس استاندارد متد اندازهگیری و نتایج توسط نرمافزار اکسل تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافتهها: میانگین کل BOD5، COD و TSS فاضلاب خام 227، 302 و 274 میلیگرم بر لیتر بود و راندمان حذف BOD5 در بستر زائدات الکترونیکی، لاستیک، پلاستیک و شاهد بهترتیب 46/72%، 74/69%، 82/60% و 17/62% بهدست آمد. زائدات الکترونیکی بهترتیب با 52/55% و 96/79%، بیشترین راندمان حذف TSS و COD را داشت.نتیجهگیری: جنس بستر در راندمان حذف BOD5تأثیر داشته است. بستر دارای زائدات الکترونیکی و لاستیک در حذف BOD5، TSS، COD راندمان بالاتری داشت که نشاندهنده خصوصیات برتر تصفیه فاضلاب توسط این زائدات است.نوع مقاله: پژوهشیکلید واژهها: الکتروباکتر، تصفیه فاضلاب شهری، زائدات، فرآیند الکترومیکروبی شیمیایی

بررسی اثر پیش تصفیه قلیایی بر بهبود شرایط تولید بیومتان از هضم بی هوازی مخلوط پسماند جامد شهری و لجن فاضلاب
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: با افزایش مصرف انرژی، بحران انرژی در جهان پدید آمده است. سوختهای فسیلی، منابعی محدود و رو به پایان است. بیوگاز سوختی است که امروزه بسیار مورد توجه محققان قرار دارد. جهت افزایش تولید بیوگاز، روشهای پیشتصفیه مختلفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر نسبتهای اختلاط پسماند شهری و لجن فاضلاب و بررسی تأثیر غلظتهای مختلف پیشتصفیه قلیایی بر تخریبپذیری پسماند و تولید بیومتان انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این مطالعه در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی در هاضمهایی به حجم 1 لیتر و در دمای 37 درجه سانتیگراد با غلظتهای مختلف سود در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. حجم بیوگاز و pH بهصورت روزانه اندازهگیری شد. جامدات کل، جامدات فرار، درصد کربن و نیتروژن مواد اولیه بر اساس استاندارد APHA (موسسه انتشارات سلامت امریکا) اندازهگیری شدند.یافتهها: اولین گام در نتایج تعیین نسبت اختلاط بهینه پسماند و لجن فاضلاب بود که بیشترین عملکرد بیومتان در نسبت 60:40 به میزان 87/254 میلیلیتر به ازای هر گرم ماده فرار تولید شد. در گام دوم آزمایش، اثر غلظتهای 2، 6 و 10 درصد سود در میزان گاز تولیدی ارزیابی شد که غلظت 6% سود، بهطور قابلتوجهی تجزیه پسماند آلی را بهبود بخشید. بیومتان تولیدی، حذف ماده فرار و جامد هاضم در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد، بهترتیب 30%، 94/27% و 25/27% افزایش نشان داد.نتیجهگیری: نسبت اختلاط پسماند و لجن فاضلاب 60:40 و پیشتصفیه با سود 6%، باعث بهبود تجزیه پسماند آلی شده و در نتیجه تولید بیومتان افزایش مییابد.نوع مقاله: پژوهشیکلیدواژهها: بیوگاز، پسماند شهری، پیشتصفیه قلیایی، لجن فاضلاب، هضم بیهوازی

بررسی دانش و عملکرد کارکنان حوزه سلامت از مراحل مدیریت پسماند در اپیدمی کووید- 19
چکیده:زمینه و هدف: یکی از موارد مهم در زمینه حفظ و ارتقای سلامت جامعه، مدیریت جامع پسماندها بهخصوص در همهگیری کووید-19 میباشد. عدم توجه به مدیریت پسماند، صدمات جبرانناپذیری بهجای میگذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دانش و عملکرد کارکنان حوزه سلامت از مراحل مدیریت پسماند در اپیدمی کووید-19 انجام شد.مواد و روشها:این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) در سال1399 بر روی 428 نفر از کارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جیرفت انجام شد. روش نمونهگیری از نوع در دسترس بود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته در خصوص مدیریت پسماند بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS، ورژن 24 و آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون لوجستیک انجام شد.یافتهها: دانش و عملکرد مدیریت پسماند کارکنان در شرایط کرونا ویروس 2/54% خوب، 2/32% متوسط و 6/13% ضعیف بهدست آمد. تمام مراحل مدیریت پسماند با هم همبستگی مثبت و معناداری داشتند (05/0>p). نتایج رگرسیون لوجستیک نشان داد که جنسیت زن (8/1=OR، 001/0=p)، محل خدمت پایگاه/ خانه بهداشت (1/2=OR، 002/0=p)، تحصیلات ارشد و بالاتر (9/2=OR، 001/0=p) و وضعیت اقتصادی خوب (7/2=OR، 001/0=p) احتمال دانش و عملکرد کارکنان سلامت در مورد مدیریت پسماند در شرایط کرونا ویروس را افزایش میدهد.نتیجهگیری: در کل دانش و عملکرد کارکنان در مورد مدیریت پسماند در همهگیری کرونا خوب بود، اما لازم است مداخلات آموزشی متناسب با عوامل تعیین کننده مدیریت پسماند جهت افزایش و تداوم دانش و عملکرد کارکنان انجام گیرد.نوع مقاله: مقاله پژوهشىکلید واژهها: دانش، عملکرد، مدیریت پسماند، کارکنان سلامت، کووید- 19

بررسی وضعیت بهداشتی نانوایی های شهر ساوه با توجه به همه گیری ویروس کرونا در سال 1399
چکیدهزمینه و هدف : تغذیه سالم، در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار و غلبه بر بیماری همهگیر کووید-19 نقش کلیدی دارد. در بیشتر کشورهای با درآمد کم و متوسط، شرکتهای کوچک و مخصوصاً تهیهکنندگان سنتی مواد غذایی نقش اساسی در زنجیرههای تأمین غذا و در نتیجه تأمین امنیت غذایی و تغذیهای دارند.مواد و روش ها: چکلیستی با 113 سؤال که شامل 57 سؤال مختص شرایط کرونا برگرفته از دستورالعمل گام دوم مبارزه با کرونا و 56 سؤال از آییننامه 111/920318طراحی گردید. تعداد کل نانواییها 158 و جواب سؤالات به صورت بله، خیر و مصداق ندارد، ثبت و آنالیز گردید.یافته ها : در این مطالعه بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده از آنالیز چکلیستها، مطابقت وضعیت بهداشتی انواع نانوایی با آییننامه 111/920318 در نانوایی های سنگک، بربری، تافتون، لواش و نان فانتزی بهترتیب 73%، 79%، 87%، 76% و 81% بود. همچنین درصد مطابقت با گام دوم مبارزه با کووید 19 به ترتیب 65%، 71%، 69%، 73% و 84% و مطابقت وضعیت بهداشتی با چکلیست نهایی در این نانواییها بهترتیب 69%، 75%، 78%، 5/74% و 5/82% بود.نتیجه گیری : در نانواییهای سنگک آموزش بهداشت و بهداشت ابزار تجهیزات کمترین مطلوبیت، در نانواییهای بربری آموزش بهداشت و بهداشت مواد غذایی کمترین مطلوبیت، در نانواییهای تافتون آموزش بهداشت و بهداشت مواد غذایی کمترین مطلوبیت و در نانواییهای لواش رعایت بهداشت فردی، بهداشت مواد غذایی و همچنین آموزش بهداشت کمترین مطلوبیت داشتند، اما در نانواییهای فانتزی شرایط بهداشتی بهصورت محسوسی بهتر از نانواییهای سنتی بود.نوع مقاله: پژوهشیکلمات کلیدی: بهداشت، چکلیست، کووید-19، نانوایی، همهگیری

چکیدهزمینه و هدف: جوندگان، بزرگترین راسته پستانداران هستند که با جمعیتی بسیار بر روی کره زمین منشأ خسارات اقتصادی و بهداشتی فراوانی هستند. جوندگان بهعنوان مخزن برخیاز بیماریهای قابل سرایت از جانوران مهرهدار به انسان مطرح هستند. از جمله این بیماریها میتوان به بیماری سالک اشاره کرد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه جرد ایرانی بهعنوان مخزن بیماری سالک جلدی در ایران انجام شد.مواد و روشها: بدینمنظور 17 متغیر زیستگاهی اعم از دو متغیر توپوگرافی، 7 متغیر اقلیمی و 8 متغیر کاربری اراضی/پوشش زمین بهعنوان متغیرهای زیستگاهی بههمراه نقاط حضور گونه، وارد مدلسازی MaxEnt گردیدند. مدلهای توزیع گونه، ابزاری مفید در شناسایی مناطق مطلوب برای حضور گونههای حیاتوحش هستند و به همین علت در حفاظتاز گونهها و مدیریت زیستگاه دارای اهمیت بالایی هستند. از جمله این مدلهای توزیع گونه میتوان به مدل MaxEnt اشاره کرد.یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی MaxEnt، زیستگاه مطلوب گونه جرد ایرانیبا مساحت 430900 کیلومتر مربع، معادل 30% از سطح ایران را به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین سه متغیر زمینشناسی، فاصله از جاده و کاربریاراضی بهعنوان متغیرهای مؤثر در مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه اینگونه مخزن بیماری سالک روستایی شناسایی گردید. از دیگر نتایج این مطالعه، تهیه نقشه مطلوبیت زیستگاه گونه جرد ایرانی به دو صورت پیوسته و گسسته بود که بیشترین پراکنش و حضور را در استانهای گلستان، خراسان شمالی و مازندران نشان داد.نتیجهگیری: در نهایت با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مدلسازی و تأثیر متغیرهای زیستی و انسانشناختی بهعنوان متغیرهای مؤثر در مدلسازی مطلوبیت زیستگاه اینگونه مخزن و آثار روحی و روانی و اقتصادی محتمل بر بیماری سالک پوستی و نبود واکسن اثربخش و وجود جوندگان در چرخه بیماریزایی آن، شناسایی مخازن و زیستگاه مطلوب مخازن این بیماری برای انجام اقدامات مدیریتی امری لازم و ضروری است تا سنگ بنایی برای کنترل و مدیریت هرچه بهتر این بیماری باشد.نوع مقاله: پژوهشیکلید واژهها: جونده، زیستگاه، سالک، مخزن، مدلسازی، MaxEnt
