بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین (سرب، کادمیوم، آرسنیک و جیوه) در سبزیجات مزارع مجاور رودخانه کشف رود مشهد در سال 1397
چکیده زمینه و هدف: عمده ترین و مهم ترین راه ورود فلزات سنگین به بدن انسان خوردن مواد غذایی به ویژه سبزیجات می باشد. به همین منظور در این مطالعه غلظت فلزات سنگین(سرب، کادمیوم، آرسنیک و جیوه) در سبزیجات مزارع حاشیه رودخانه کشف رود مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی تعداد 54 نمونه از سه نوع سبزی در دو ماه متوالی از سه مزرعه (یک مزرعه شاهد و دو مزرعه مورد) گرفته شد. مزارع مورد دقیقا در مجاورت رودخانه کشف رود انتخاب شد. عمل هضم اسیدی نمونه ها مطابق با روش های استاندارد صورت گرفت و از دستگاه جذب اتمی جهت تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین نمونه ها و از نرم افزارSPSS و اکسل، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین(سرب، کادمیوم، آرسنیک و جیوه) در نمونه های سبزیجات، متفاوت و در بازه زمانی و مکانی مختلف، متغیر مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج، سرب بالاترین غلظت متوسط (µg/L8/648) را در بین فلزات داشت. از بین سبزیجات منتخب، بیشترین آلودگی به فلزات سنگین به نمونه های شوید (µg/L2/192) مربوط بود. نتیجه گیری: غلظت فلزات سنگین در برخی از نمونه های سبزیجات بیش از حدود مجاز ملی و بین المللی بدست آمد که می تواند ناشی از عوامل دیگر غیر از استفاده از فاضلاب جهت آبیاری باشد. با این وجود استفاده از پساب استاندارد جهت آبیاری کشاورزی نیازمند اقدامات کنترلی و عمل به وظایف دستگاه های مربوطه می باشد. واژه های کلیدی: سبزیجات، کشف رود، فلزات سنگین، کادمیوم، سرب، آرسنیک، جیوه

پایش کیفیت آب رودخانههای استان خوزستان جهت مصارف شرب، صنعت و کشاورزی با استفاده از شاخصهای IRWQIsc و NSFWQI
زمینه و هدف: تعیین کیفیت آب رودخانهها برای تصمیمگیری در خصوص استفاده از آنها بسیار اهمیت دارد. به همین دلیل، این تحقیق به منظور بررسی کیفیت آب رودخانههای استان خوزستان انجام شد. مواد و روشها: رودخانههای مورد بررسی شامل دز، کرخه، کارون، مارون و زهره که مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از دادههای برداشت شده در طول سال 1397 در ایستگاههای معین بر روی این رودخانهها انجام شد. بدین منظور، از استاندارد ایران، سازمان بهداشت جهانی و محیط زیست کانادا و دیاگرامهای شولر و ویلکاکس استفاده شد. از شاخصهای کیفی IRWQIsc و NSFWQI نیز برای تعیین رتبه کیفی آب این رودخانهها استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آب رودخانه دز از نظر صنعتی خورنده است در حالی که سایر رودخانهها دارای آب رسوبگذار برای مصارف صنعتی بودند. کیفیت آب دز از نظر شرب بهتر از سایر رودخانههای استان خوزستان بود لیکن این رودخانه نیز براساس دیاگرام شولر دچار منیزیم، سختی و کلر بالا شده است. برای مصارف کشاورزی استفاده از آب این رودخانه نسبت به سایر رودخانهها بهتر بود. رودخانه کارون وضعیت متوسطی نسبت به سایر رودخانهها داشت و کیفیت آب در بالادست بهتر از پایین دست است. براساس شاخص IRWQIsc دامنه تغییرات کیفیت آب رودخانههای دز، کرخه، کارون، مارون و زهره به ترتیب 83-71، 52-41، 55-39، 41-33 و 32-25 بود. نتایج شاخص NSFWQI برای رودخانههای دز، کرخه، کارون، مارون و زهره به ترتیب نشان داد که مقدار این شاخص در رودخانههای مذکور بین 77-65، 70-55، 68-58، 60-52 و 48-36 متغیر بود. نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج، کیفیت رودخانه دز در وضعیت نسبتاً خوب قرار داشت. رودخانههای کارون و کرخه در وضعیت متوسط قرار داشتند و سایر رودخانهها دارای وضعیت نسبتاً بد بودند. براساس کلیه شاخصها، کیفیت آب رودخانه زهره در وضعیت بد و رودخانه دز در وضعیت خوب قرار داشت. سایر رودخانهها کیفیت متوسطی داشتند.

ارزیابی عملکرد تصفیه خانه فاضلاب شهر اردکان و امکان سنجی استفاده مجدد از پساب خروجی جهت مصارف مختلف
زمینه و هدف: ایجاد تصفیه خانههای فاضلاب به تنهایی نگرانیهای زیست محیطی را بر طرف نمیکند بلکه برای رسیدن به استانداردهای مطلوب زیست محیطی باید عملکرد تصفیه خانهها به طور مدام تحت بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف امکان سنجی مجدد از پساب خروجی تصفیه خانه فاضلاب شهر اردکان انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی - مقطعی بود. که در یک دوره 6 ماهه از فروردین 1398 تا شهریور 1398 بر روی 48 نمونه ورودی و خروجی انجام گرفت. پارامترهای مورد بررسی شامل COD، BOD5، TSS، کلیفرم کل و کلیفرم مدفوعی بود که طبق روشهای ارائه شده در کتاب استاندارد متد برای آزمایشات آب و فاضلاب اندازه گیری شدند. در نهایت نتایج با آزمون-های آماری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، میانگین COD، BOD5، TSS ، کلیفرم کل و کلیفرم مدفوعی در خروجی به ترتیب 36/14، 56/4، 6/2 میلیگرم بر لیتر، MPN/100 mL 41 و MPN/100 mL 2/11 بدست آمد. همچنین راندمان حذف برای COD، BOD5، TSS ، کلیفرم کل و کلیفرم مدفوعی به ترتیب 27/96، 81/96، 84/98، 99/99 و 99/99 درصد بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که سیستم تصفیه خانه فاضلاب اردکان در مجموع موجب کاهش قابل توجهی از مواد آلی و آلودگی میکروبی شده و دارای وضعیت مناسبی میباشد و با استانداردها در استفاده مجدد از پساب برای مصارف کشاورزی، تخلیه به آبهای سطحی و تخلیه به چاه جاذب، مطابقت دارد. نوع مقاله: پژوهشی

روشهای حذف فلزات سنگین از محیط آب و فاضلاب: یک مطالعه مروری
زمینه و هدف: فلزات سنگین یکی از آلایندههای پایداری هستند که در طبیعت تجزیه نمیشوند و میتوانند همراه پساب یا فاضلاب صنایع مختلف به محیطزیست وارد شوند. معمولا این فلزات به مقدار کمی بـرای عملکرد طبیعی بدن مورد نیاز هستند؛ اما ورود بیش از حد مجاز آنها به بدن، مسمومیت ایجاد خواهد کرد. هدف این تحقیق نیز، مروری است بر روشهای مختلف حذف فلزات سنگین که در قالب روشهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی ارائه شده است. مواد و روشها: در مقاله حاضر، پس از جستوجوی مقالات مرتبط منتشر شده در سالهای 2014 تا 2019 در بانکهای اطلاعاتی مانند Springer، Science direct، Scopus، Freepaper و John Wiley مراجع حاضر در متن جهت بهدستآوردن آخرین یافتهها در زمینهی روشهای حذف فلزات سنگین انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: مطالعات نشان مىدهد فلزات سنگین مىتوانند سلامتی انسانها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند، به همین دلیل حذف فلزات سنگین امری ضروری میباشد و روشهای مختلفی برای حذف فلزات سنگین در قالب روشهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی از قبیل روشهای غشایی، تهنشینی شیمیایی، تصفیه الکتروشیمیایی، تبادل یونی، جذب سطحی و زیستپالایی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعات نشان داد، فلزات سنگین اثرات مخربی بر جای میگذارند و حذف و تصفیه این فلزات از آب و خاک ضرورت دارد. ارائه مزایا و معایب روشهای حذف فلزات سنگین، امکان انتخاب روش مناسب از نظر هزینه و دسترسی به دانش فنی را، بهسادگی امکانپذیر میکند.

مطالعه میزان آلودگی خاک به ﻓﻠﺰﺍﺕ ﺳﻨﮕﻴﻦ کادمیوم، سرب و مس در اراضی صنایع نفتی منطقه غرب کارون ، استان خوزستان ، ایران
زمینه و هدف: افزایش جمعیت منجر به گسترش صنایع شده و مدیریت نادرست صنایع منجر به آلودگی اراضی و آسیب های جبران ناپذیر به طبیعت و موجودات زنده می گردد. لذا بررسی نقش مراکز صنعتی در آلودگی محیط زیست و از آن جمله در خاک، یکی از مهمترین اقدامات در زمینه کنترل آلودگی هاست. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان آلودگی خاک سطحی به فلزات سنگین و در معرض صنایع نفت انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق برای اندازه گیری میزان فلزات سنگین در مجموع تعداد 15 نمونه خاک سطحی در سه تکرار و از عمق 30-0 سانتی متری خاک برداشت شد. سنجش عناصر سنگین به روش طیفسنجی پلاسمای جفت شده القایی انجام پذیرفت. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج میانگین میزان ﻏﻠﻈﺖ عناصر کادمیوم، سرب و مس در خاک میدان نفتی به ترتیب 1±40/2، 91/5±89/8 و 81/52±83/55 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: میانگین مقادیر فلزات سنگین کادمیوم و مس از میانگین جهانی بالاتر و میانگین مقادیر سرب میانگین جهانی پایین تر به دست آمد. همچنین با توجه به درجه ی سمیت بالای کادمیوم می توان بیشترین خطر ناشی از آلودگی خاک را به کادمیوم اختصاص داد. محاسبه میزان آلودگی هر یک از سه عنصر و برای پنج ایستگاه نمونه گیری نشان داد که خاک منطقه نفتی نسبت به کادمیوم بیش از دو عنصر دیگر دارای آلودگی بوده و صنایع نفت در آلودگی خاک به کادمیوم بیش از دیگر عناصر اثرگذار بوده است. همچنین با محاسبه میزان شاخص های آلودگی خاک در ایستگاه های نمونه برداری شده و مقایسه آن ها نشان داد که همانگونه که انتظار می رفت خاک نواحی بهره برداری و سر چاه نفت نسبت به دیگر نواحی دارای میزان آلودگی شدیدتری بوده و اتخاذ تدابیر زیست محیطی شدیدتری برای این مناطق ضروری است.

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین منابع انتشار گاز متان، اماکن دفن بهداشتی زباله میباشد. اثرات گلخانهای گاز متان را می-توان با تبدیل آن به سوخت کنترل کرد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی پسماند شهر سقز و ظرفیت-سنجی مقدار استحصال گاز متان ناشی از آن با استفاده از نرم افزار LandGEM در طی یک دوره 20 ساله از سال 1394 تا 1413 میباشد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه که بهصورت توصیفی- مقطعی انجام شد، اطلاعات اولیه مانند مقدار زباله تولیدی، جمعیت شهر و مشخصات محل دفن زباله شهر سقز جمعآوری شد. برای پیش بینی جمعیت شهر سقز در سالهای متوالی پیشرو، از آخرین سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن در سال 1390، جمعیت کنونی و نرخ رشد جمعیتی شهر سقز استخراج و مبنای محاسبه قرار گرفت. برای جمعیتهای تخمین زده شده، با استفاده از بسته نرم افزاری LandGEM 3.02 پتانسیل تولید گاز متان از زبالههای شهر سقز بدست آمد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که انتظار میرود، زباله تولیدی شهر از ۶۲۰۵۰ تن در سال ۱۳۹۵ به بیش ۱۰۸۸۰۵ تن در سال 1413 گردد. این مقدار معادل انتشار گاز متان از ۳۲ تن در ساعت در سال 1395 به بیش از ۲۲۰۳ تن در ساعت در سال ۱۴۱۳ است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه میتواند مورد استفاده مدیران شهری برای کنترل و مدیریت انتشار گاز متان به منظور کاهش اثرات منفی آن به خصوص در حیطه محیط زیست قرار گیرد.

بررسی حجم فعالیت های حوزه ی بهداشت محیط در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی: کاربرد یک مدل مطالعه کار و زمان
زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهم ترین حلقه های ارتباط دهنده بین کاهش هزینه های سازمانی و حفظ کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در آنها استفاده از مدل های مناسب برای مدیریت عملکرد کارکنان است؛ استفاده از این مدل ها می تواند باعث افزایش بهره وری کارکنان شود. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی حجم فعالیت های حوزه ی بهداشت محیط در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه ی حاضر توصیفی و کاربردی بوده، که در دو بعد کمی و کیفی، انجام شد. پایلوت مدل طراحی شده در شبکه ی بهداشت و درمان شهرستان سوادکوه وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. هر 10 دقیقه بعنوان یک واحد کاری در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: 51 قالب کاری در حیطه ی فعالیت های حوزه ی بهداشت محیط شناسایی شد. مجموع واحد های کاری حوزه ی بهداشت محیط برابر با 1019 واحد محاسبه شد. از بین فعالیت های شناسایی شده موارد انجام بازرسی و ثبت اطلاعات آن در سامانه و به دنبال آن کلر سنجی روزانه به ترتیب با 100 و 84 مرتبه تکرار در ماه بیشترین تکرار را به خود اختصاص داده بودند. نتیجه گیری: پرسنل هر سازمان برای ارتقای سطح بهره وری و افزایش کارایی و انگیزه های کاری و کاهش محرک های نا مناسب روانی محیط کار نیاز به ساز و کاری تعیین کننده برای کاهش نابرابری و مدلی ارزش گذار برای میزان کاری که فرد انجام میدهد دارد این امر با استفاده از مدل هایی همچون مدل معرفی شده در این مطالعه محقق خواهد شد.

تصفیه شیرابه در محل دفن پسماند های جامد شهری
تصفیه شیرابه در محل دفن پسماند های جامد شهری هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی راندمان حذف صافی دانه درشت در حذف اکسیژن موردنیاز شیمیایی، نیترات از شیرابه تازه حاصل از محل دفن زباله های جامد شهری بود. نمونه گیری در سه سرعت 0/5 ، 1 و 1/5 متر بر ساعت شامل نمونه گیری از ورودی و خروجی صافی جهت تعیین غلظت نیترات ، اکسیژن مورد نیاز شیمیایی صورت گرفت. میانگین راندمان حذف COD در سرعت 0/5 ، 1 و 1/5 متر بر ساعت به ترتیب برابر 84، 85 و 88 درصد، میانگین راندمان حذف نیترات در سرعت 0/5 ، 1 و 1/5متر بر ساعت به ترتیب برابر 88، 88 و85 درصد بود. مقادیر خروجی COD و نیترات کمتر از استاندارد محیط زیست بود.
