بررسی کارایی فرآیند فتوکاتالیستی با استفاده از نانوذرات سبز آهن در حذف رنگ ری اکتیو رد 198 از محلولهای آبی
زمینه و هدف : امروزه آلودگی محیطی به عنوان یک مشکل اساسی زندگی روزمره ی انسان هاست. رنگ یکی از مهم ترین آلاینده های محیط زیست است که در پساب صنایع به خصوص صنایع نساجی به وفور دیده می شود . به همین دلیل هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کارایی فرآیند فتوکاتالیستی با استفاده از نانوذرات سبز آهن در حذف رنگ ری اکتیو رد 198 از محلولهای آبی قرار گرفته است. مواد وروش ها : این مطالعه از نوع آزمایشگاهی است که با استفاده از یک راکتور ناپیوسته همراه لامپ UV A انجام شده است. در این مطالعه اثر متغییر های مختلف از جمله: pH(3-11) ، غلظت رنگ ری اکتیو رد (10-100 mg/l)، دوز (0.25-3 g/l) و زمان تماس(2-60min) بررسی گردید . خصوصیات نانو ذرات از تکنیک های مختلف TEM، FESEM و FTIR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج توسط نرم افزار Excel انجام گرفت . یافته ها : آنالیزهای مختلف نشان داد که نانو ذرات سبز آهن تشکیل شده بیشترین درصد حذف در pH برابر با 3 ، دوز نانوکاتالیست g/L 5/1، زمان تماس 25 دقیقه و غلظت رنگ ری اکتیو رد 198، mg/L 25 برابر با 96.2% بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد فرآیند فتوکاتالیستی با استفاده از نانوذرات سبز آهن می تواند با کارایی مناسبی جهت حذف رنگ ری اکتیو رد 198 از محلولهای آبی استفاده گردد.

بررسی عملکرد فرایند الکتروفنتون در حذف پنی سیلین G از محلولهای آبی
مقدمه: در سالهای اخیر نگرانی درمورد حضور طیف وسیعی از مواد دارویی از جمله آنتی بوتیکها در محیطهای آبی افزایش یافته است. بهطور معمول این مواد به دلیل ناکارآمدی تکنولوژیهای متداول تصفیه فاضلاب، از مسیرهای مختلفی مانند رواناب کشاورزی، تخلیه مستقیم از تصفیه خانههای فاضلاب شهری، مواد دفعی انسان، دفع مستقیم زائدات پزشکی، صنعت و غیره وارد محیطهای آبی میشوند. بنابراین در تحقیق حاضر کارایی حذف پنیسیلین G، با استفاده از فرآیند الکتروفنتون، از محلولهای آبی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی در مخزن شیشهای به حجم cc 400 با استفاده از الکترودهای آهنی صورت گرفت.دستگاه مجهز به تنظیمکننده میزان جریان جهت تنظیم سریع متغیر بود. برق ورودی به دستگاه، جریان متناوب شهری میباشد. مخزن با آب سنتزی حاوی پنیسیلین G در غلظتهای mg/L200-50 پر شد. درصد حذف آلاینده در پتانسیلV 26، شدت جریان 6/0-05/0آمپر، مدتزمان min 120-0، pH 12-3 و فاصله بین الکترودها در محدوده cm 4-1 بررسی شد. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصله میزان حذف پنیسیلین G به پارامترهای مختلف بهرهبرداری از جمله pH ، دانسیتهجریان الکتریکی ، زمان واکنش ، غلظت آنتیبیوتیک و فاصله بین الکترود بستگی دارد. شرایط بهینه بهرهبرداری pH معادل 3، دانسیته جریان الکتریکی برابر A 6/0، زمان واکنش min 20، غلظت آنتی بیوتیک mg/L 50 و فاصله بین الکترود cm1 با میزان غلظت پرواکسیدهیدروژن mmol 25 در فرایند الکتروفنتون حاصل شد. نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق فرایند الکتروفنتون میتواند به عنوان روشی نسبتاً مناسب در حذف پنی-سیلین G از محیطهای آبی مطرح گردد.

زمینه و هدف: امروزه تولید مواد پلاستیکی با رشد جمعیت و توسعه صنعت در جهان چندین برابر شده است. میکروپلاستیک ها بر اثر تجزیه مواد پلاستیکی در محیط رها می شوند. سازمان بهداشت جهانی بدلیل ماندگاری زیاد و خاصیت تجمعی زیستی این ذرات، آنها را آلاینده نوظهور نامیده است.مطالعه حاضر به مرور مطالعات انجام شده در مورد ویژگیها، مخاطرات بهداشتی، مقادیر و همچنین کارایی روشهای مختلف حذف میکروپلاستیکها در محیطهای آبی پرداخته است. مواد و روشها: دراین مطالعهی مروری، کلمات کلیدیMicro-plastic ,Pollution، Water-Drinking و Removal در مقالات سالهای 2000 تا 2020 پایگاههای داده Pubmed , Google Scholar, Science Direct و Scopus جستجو شد و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. یافتهها: مطالعات نشان میدهد این آلاینده در محیط زیست علاوه بر زنجیره غذایی، در آبهای آشامیدنی بطری شده نیز وجود دارد، که میتواند سلامت انسان، محیط زیست و جانداران ساکن در محیطهای آبی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. نتایج: پیشنهاد میشود مطالعات بیشتری درباره این آلاینده در محیط های آبی بویژه در ایران انجام شود. علاوه بر آن، آگاهی دادن به مردم مبنی بر استفاده کمتر از مواد پلاستیکی در زندگی روزمره، آموزش صحیح بازیافت به آنها و کمک گرفتن از صنایع تا یک جایگزین مناسب برای پلاستیک ارائه نمایند. نوع مقاله: یک مقاله مروری می باشد.

مدل سازی ارتباط بین شدت آلودگی صوتی و سنجه های سیمای سرزمین ساختارهای شهری و پوشش گیاهی با استفاده از روش جنگل تصادفی (مطالعه موردی شهر اصفهان)
رشد جمعیت و همچنین افزایش مهاجرت به شهرها در دهههای گذشته باعث افزایش تراکم جمعیت و همچنین سطح شهرهای بزرگ شده است. آلودگی صوتی یکی از مشکلات محیطزیستی در کلان شهرها است که در ابعاد مختلف روانی و جسمی سلامتی انسان را به مخاطره میاندازد. متاسفانه این نوع از آلودگی نسبت به سایر آلودگیها کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق مدلسازی ارتباط بین شدت آلودگی صوتی و سنجههای سیمای سرزمین ساختارهای شهری و پوشش گیاهی است. به این منظور، تعداد 67 ایستگاه در نقاط مختلف شهر اصفهان انتخاب و شدت صوت در زمان اوج ترافیک (ساعات 16 الی 19) در طی فصل زمستان اندازهگیری شد. محل ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری از طریق یک روش سیستماتیک-تصادفی و با توجه به میزان ساخت و ساز، فضای سبز و تنوع ساختاری مشخص شد. 27 حالت سیمای سرزمین بدست آمد که در هر کدام از حالتها، سه ایستگاه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و نمونهبرداری در آن انجام شد. در بیشتر ایستگاهها میزان آلودگی صوتی بالاتر از حد مجاز بود (مسکونی 55-45، تجاری-مسکونی 60-50 دسیبل). از روش پیشرفته رگرسیونی جنگل تصادفی برای انجام تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده شد. با استفاده از این روش، تاثیرگذارترین سنجهها در بافرهای مختلف شناسایی و بیشترین فراوانی از بین سنجهها مربوط به سنجههای شاخص پراکندگی و مجاورت، میانگین فاصله فراکتالی، شاخص عدم انبوهی، شاخص همبستگی، شاخص میانگین توزیع شکل و میانگین فاصله اقلیدسی (FRAC_MN) بود. همچنین، بررسی شش سنجه اول در هر کدام از مدلهای بافری و طبقات کاربری نشان داد که در هرکدام از آنها، سنجههای متفاوتی دارای اهمیت بیشتری هستند. به دست آوردن سنجههای دارای اهمیت به طراحی لکههای شهری با کاربری مختلف و نحوه چیدمان کاربریها کمک میکند.

زمینه و هدف: ذرات غبار اتمسفری نقش قابل توجهی در انتقال عناصر شیمیایی رهاشده از منابع صنعتی و شهری دارند. بطوریکه آلایندههای متصل به این ذرات میتوانند طی مسافتهای طولانی منتقل شده و به عنوان تابعی از شرایط هواشناسی، خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی ذرات و طبیعت سطح هستند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی غنای فلزی و درجه آلودگی فلزات سنگین در غبار ترسیبشده اتمسفری شهر تهران بود. مواد و روشها: نمونههای غبار از 8 نقطه از شهر تهران در سال 1397 برداشت شد. فلزات سنگین (سرب، روی، مس، نیکل، کروم، منگنز و آلومینیوم) در این ذرات با استفاده از دستگاه ICP-MS آنالیز شد. غنای فلزات و درجه آلودگی با استفاده از شاخصهای فاکتور غنیشدگی (EF)، انباشت زمینی (Igeo)، درجه آلودگی (Cd) و درجه آلودگی اصلاحشده (mCd) تعیین شد. از آزمونهای تی جفتی، همبستگی پیرسون و تجزیه خوشهای سلسله مراتبی جهت تحلیل استفاده شد. یافتهها: روند میانگین غلظت عناصر در فصل گرم و سرد مشابه و به صورت آلومینیوم>روی>منگنز>سرب>مس>کروم>نیکل بود. نتایج شاخص غنیشدگی در نمونههای غبار ترسیبشده اتمسفری نشان داد که عناصر سرب و روی در فصل گرم و سرب و مس در فصل سرد دارای غنیشدگی شدید بودند. نتایج آزمون تی جفتی تفاوت معنیداری را بین عناصر مس وکروم بین فصول نشان داد. آزمون تجزیه خوشهای نیز عنصر آلومینیوم را با منشأ طبیعی و بقیه عناصر را با منشأ انسانی نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که غبار ترسیبشده اتمسفری شهر تهران دارای سطوح بالایی از آلودگی بخصوص در فصل سرد است. لذا لزوم تدوین سیاستهایی مدون و کاربردیتر جهت ارتقای کیفیت هوای شهر تهران ضروری بهنظر میرسد.

بررسی اثر کاربرد اصلاح کننده های آلی و معدنی بر زیست فراهمی سرب و کادمیوم در خاک های آهکی
زمینه و هدف: افزایش فعالیتهای کشاورزی و به دنبال آن رهاسازی آلایندهها از سامانههای کشاورزی و همچنین گسترش صنایع سبب ورود یونهای فلزهای سنگین از جمله کادمیوم و سرب به محیط زیست میشود. کاربرد جاذبها از روشهای مناسب برای ناپویاسازی فلزهای سنگین در خاکهای آلوده میباشند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر اصلاحکنندههای آلی و معدنی بر زیست فراهمی سرب و کادمیوم در طول زمان انکوباسیون در خاک انجام گردید. مواد و روشها: تیمارها آزمایش شامل کاربرد سه سطح (0، 1 و 5 درصد وزنی) اصلاحکنندههای آلی (بیوچار 640 و بیوچار 420)، اصلاحکنندههای معدنی (زئولیت، بنتونیت، لیکا و پومیس) و دو زمان (90 و 180 روز) به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در سه تکرار بود. در پایان زمان انکوباسیون زیست فراهمی سرب و کادمیوم با روش DTPA و EDTA تعیین شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد گذشت زمان باعث افزایش زیست فراهمی سرب و کادمیوم عصارهگیری شده با DTPA گردید. همچنین، افزودن بیوچار 640 ، بنتونیت و سطح 5 درصد زئولیت سبب کاهش مقدار سرب عصارهگیری شده با EDTA گذشت زمان شدند بیشترین میزان کاهش سرب عصارهگیری شده با EDTAبا گذشت زمان در سطح 1 درصد بیوچار 640 مشاهده گردید. کاربرد اصلاحکنندههای آلی (بیوچار 640 و 420) و معدنی (پومیس، لیکا، زئولیت و بنتونیت) سبب افزایش مقدار کادمیوم عصارهگیری شده با EDTA با گذشت زمان شدند. نتیجهگیری: اصلاحکنندههای آلی بدلیل ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی و کربن آلی بالایی که نسبت به اصلاحکنندههای معدنی دارند، در تثبیت فلزات موثرتر بودند.

بررسی تاثیر مزارع پرورش ماهی قزلآلا بر کیفیت آب رودخانه (مطالعهی موردی رودخانه محمدآباد کتول) با استفاده از شاخص IRWQISC
زمینه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر احداث مزارع پرورش ماهی در حاشیه رودخانه محمدآباد کتول افزایش چشمگیری یافتهاست. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات پساب این مزارع بر برخی از فاکتورهای کیفی آب رودخانه میباشد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه برای ارزیابی کیفیت آب رودخانه محمدآباد کتول 5 ایستگاه نمونه برداری از 3 استخر پرورش ماهی قزلآلای رنگین کمان در سال 1396 به صورت فصلی با 3 تکرار، 12 پارامتر کیفی آب شامل اکسیژن محلول، کلیفرم مدفوعی، pH، اکسیژن خواهی بیوشیمیایی، اکسیژن خواهی شیمیایی، درجه حرارت، فسفات آلی، نیترات، آمونیوم، کدورت، کل مواد جامد محلول و هدایت الکتریکی انتخاب شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمون معنی داری اثرات ثابت دادهها مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند و در ادامه کیفیت آب بر اساس شاخص کیفی آبهای سطحی ایران (IRWQISC) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که آب حوضه محمدآبادکتول دارای کیفیت متوسط تا نسبتاً خوب میباشد که بهترین کیفیت آب در فصل پاییز با ارزش عددی 5/70 و بدترین کیفیت آب در فصل تابستان با ارزش عددی 3/43 میباشد. از دلایل قرارگیری کیفیت آب نسبتاً بد در فصل تابستان میتوان علاوه بر فعالیت بالای پساب حاصل از استخر پرورش ماهی به عواملی چون کاهش دبی رودخانه، همچنین افزایش فعالیتهای تفریحی و تفرجی در محدوده رودخانه، پسابهای کشاورزی، تخلیه فاضلابهای روستایی، و تراکم بالای دام در منطقه اشاره کرد. نتیجهگیری: در همه فصلها در طول دوره نمونه برداری ایستگاه 1 که قبل از مزارع پرورش ماهی قرار دارد نسبت به بقیه ایستگاهها کیفیت آب بالاتری دارد. با توجه به شاخص به دست آمده مشخص شد، به طور کلی میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که کیفیت آب رودخانه با توجه به فعالیت آبزیپروری، مناسب است.
