ارزیابی آسیب پذیری آبخوان دشت لردگان با استفاده از مدل های AVI و GODS ، DRASTIC
چکیده زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی آسیبپذیری آب زیرزمینی، بخش مهمی از مدیریت منابع آبی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی آسیبپذیری آبخوان دشت لردگان با استفاده از مدلهای دراستیک، گادز، ای وی آی و نرمافزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی ورژن 10/5 انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: مدل دراستیک اصلاح شده، مدلی است که خصوصیات هیدروژئولوژیکی مؤثر بر آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی را با استفاده از 8 لایه بررسی کرد و با امتیازدهی و ترکیب این پارامترها در محیط جی ای اس، مناطق آسیب پذیر آبخوان را مشخص کرد. در مدل ای وی آی فقط بر اساس دو پارامتر، ضخامت هر یک از واحدهای رسوبی و ضریب هدایتی هیدرولیکی، آسیبپذیری تعیین شد. در شاخص گادز از نوع آبخوان، منطقه غیراشباع، عمق سطح ایستابی و نوع خاک به منظور ارزیابی آسیبپذیری آبخوان استفاده شد. ابتدا اطلاعات مرتبط با سه مدل جمع آوری گردید و لایه های مربوطه پس از ورود به نرم افزار جی ای اس تهیه شد و با استفاده از روش های همپوشانی و اعمال ضرایب وزنی موردنظر بر روی هر لایه، نقشه های نهایی آسیب پذیری منطقه به سه روش تهیه شد. جهت اعتبارسنجی نتایج و تعیین اولویت پارامترها از آنالیز حساسیت استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، بهترتیب 14%، 76% و 10% از مساحت منطقه دارای پتانسیل آسیبپذیری متوسط، زیاد و خیلی زیاد بودند. بر اساس نتایج مدل ای وی آی، بیش از 95% آبخوان در طبقه با حساسیت بالا قرار داشت. بر اساس مدل گادز، 45/3% از منطقه در کلاس آسیبپذیری کم و مابقی در کلاس متوسط قرار داشت. نتیجه گیری: آنچه که از نتایج این مطالعه برمیآید مدل دراستیک اصلاح شده از صحت قابل قبولتری برخوردار است. مدلهای ارزیابی آسیبپذیری آبهای زیرزمینی، ابزارهای بسیار ارزشمندی برای مسئولان فراهم کرده تا بتوانند تصمیمات لازم را در جهت مدیریت آبخوان دشت لردگان اتخاذ کنند. نوع مقاله: مقاله پژوهشی

پتانسیل خوردگی و رسوب گذاری در شبکه توزیع آب آشامیدنی: مطالعه موردی شهر مشهد، 1396
چکیده زمینه و هدف: خوردگی و رسوبگذاری لولههای شبکه توزیع، یکی از شاخصهای مهم ارزیابی کیفی آب و نیز از متداولترین فرآیندهای زیانآوری است که سبب کاهش کیفیت، رنگ، بو و طعم آب آشامیدنی و افزایش فلزات سنگین در آب میگردد. خوردگی سبب ورود محصولات جانبی به آب و کاهش عمر لوله و رسوبگذاری سبب کاهش دبی و کاهش کارایی شیرها و اتصالات میگردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت خورندگی و یا رسوبگذاری آب شبکه توزیع آب شهر مشهد انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر، 72 نمونه از سطح شهر مشهد در سال 1396 به منظور بررسی خصوصیات کیفی آب، برداشت و بر اساس روشهای مندرج در کتاب مرجع آزمایشهای آب و فاضلاب مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. سپس سه شاخص لانژلیه، رایزنر و تهاجمی در نرمافزار اکسل برنامهنویسی شده و خورندگی و رسوبگذاری آب تعیین گردید. یافتهها: میانگین کلی شاخصهای لانژلیه، رایزنر و تهاجمی برای آب شهر بهترتیب 0/14±0/48، 0/38±6/67 و 0/23±12/2 بود. بر اساس شاخص لانژلیه و رایزنر، 1/86% از کل نقاط مورد مطالعه رسوبگذار کم میباشند و بر اساس شاخص تهاجمی، 97/2% از کل نقاط رسوبگذار میباشند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد 58/3% نمونه های بررسی شده در فصل بهار رسوبگذاری کم و سایر نمونه ها رسوبگذار زیاد میباشند. در فصل تابستان 33/3% از کل نمونه ها رسوبگذار زیاد و سایر نمو نهها رسوبگذار کم میباشند.

بررسی تاثیر غلظت های مختلف شوری بر روی رشد میکروجلبک کلرلا (Chlorella sp.) جمع آوری شده از شالیزارهای استان گلستان
چکیده زمینه و هدف: شوری، یکی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در رشد و تولید متابولیتهای ارزشمند در کشت انبوه جلبکها میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر شوری بر رشد و وضعیت رنگیزهای جلبک کلرلا. جمعآوری شده از شالیزارهای استان گلستان جهت ارزیابی توانمندی ورود به کشت انبوه انجام شد. مواد و روشها: به منظور تأثیر شوری بر رشد و وضعیت رنگیزهای جلبک کلرلا ، تخلیص در محیط کشت N8 انجام شد و نمونه خالص تحت شدت نور 2 میکرومول کوانتا بر متر مربع در ثانیه در دمای 28 درجه سانتیگراد و روشنایی مستمر فلورسنت و pH 7/2قرار گرفت. تیمار شوری اعمال شده از نوع کلرور سدیم به میزان 0%، 0/25%، 0/5% و 1% ( 17 تا 170 میلیمولار) بود. یافتهها: از روز پنجم پس از تلقیح، رشد صعودی در تیمار و شاهد مشاهده شد. رشد بهینه و بالاترین نرخ رشد ویژه در شوری 0/5% مشاهده گردید. رشد در شرایط شاهد و شوری در حد 1% و 0/5% معنیدار بود. میزان تولید رنگیزه کاروتنوئید در روز نهم پس از تلقیح در شوری 1% از بقیه تیمارها بیشتر بود و در میزان محتوای کلروفیل تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجهگیری:جلبک کلرلا قابلیت خوگیری با غلظت شوریهای مورد بررسی در این پژوهش را دارا میباشد و از این نظر میتوان آن را از لحاظ تلقیح در زمینهای کشاورزی به عنوان کود زیستی و اصلاحگر خاک در استان گلستان مورد توجه قرار داد. نوع مقاله: مقاله پژوهشی

بررسی محیطی اکتوپارازیتهای رومبومیس اوپیموس(Rodentia: Gerbillinae)؛ مخزن اصلی لیشمانیوز پوستی زئونوتیک در یک کانون هایپراندمیک در منطقه سگزی استان اصفهان
چکیده سابقه و هدف: این مطالعه از مهر1395 تا مهر1396جهت تعیین فون و پراکندگی اکتوپارازیتهای مخازن لیشمانیوز جلدی روستایی و در نهایت جهت پیشگیری وکنترل بیماریهای زئنوتیک احتمالی در منطقه هایپراندمیک سگزی استان اصفهان درآینده انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: جوندگان بوسیله تلههای زندهگیر شرمن و در فصول مختلف صید و سپس در آزمایشگاه با استفاده از کلیدهای معتبر تشخیص صفات مورفولوژیک و نیز اندازه گیری و مقایسه صفات مورفومتریک با نمونه های استاندارد، شناسایی شدند. اکتوپارازیتها از روی جوندگان بیهوش شده با کلروفرم برداشته شد و در الکل 96% اتانول نگهداری و سپس با استفاده از کلیدهای معتبر شناسایی شدند. یافتهها: در مجموع 92 عددگونه Rhombomys opimus و1 عدد از گونه Nesokia indica صید شدند.50 عدد (88/53%) از 93 عدد جونده،آلوده به اکتوپارازیت بودند و527 عدد اکتوپارازیت از روی آنها جمع آوری شد. در مجموع 9 گونه اکتوپارازیت شناسایی گردید که شامل؛1 گونه از کنهها (19/0% Rhipicephalus sanguineus)،1 گونه از شپشها (19/0% Polyplax spp.)، 5 گونه از ککها؛ (71/75% Xenopsylla nuttalli، 73/8% Echidnophaga oschanini، 95/0% Nosopsyllus ziarus، 95/0% Coptopsylla mesghalii و 19/0% Nosopsyllus turkmenicus turkmenicus) و2 گونه از مایتها (78/7% Dermanyssus sanguineus و31/5% Hirstionyssus sp.) می باشند. نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که R. opimus بهوفور در منطقه سگزی یافت میشود و کک X. nuttalli بیشترین فراوانی را داشت. به منظور پیشگیری از شیوع بیماریهای منتقله با جوندگان و ناقلین، بایستی کنترل جمعیت جوندگان، همزمان با کنترل اکتوپارازیتها انجام گیرد.

ارزیابی آلودگی خاک سطحی به فلزات سنگین ناشی از صنایع فولاد
چکیده زمینه و هدف: افزایش جمعیت منجر به گسترش صنایع شده و مدیریت نادرست صنایع منجر به آلودگی اراضی و آسیبهای جبرانناپذیر به طبیعت و موجودات زنده میگردد. لذا بررسی نقش مراکز صنعتی در آلودگی خاک، از مهمترین اقدامات در زمینه کنترل آلودگیهاست. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی آلودگی خاک سطحی به فلزات سنگین ناشی از صنایع فولاد انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه بهمنظور تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین کادمیوم و سرب خاک، 6 نمونه خاک از عمق 0-5 سانتیمتر مناطق اطراف کارخانه جمعآوری شدند. میزان سرب و کادمیوم در نمونه توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی شعله اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای آماری غلظت عناصر مورد بررسی در غبار سطحی خاک محاسبه شد، سپس غلظت عناصر در خاک قبل و بعد کارخانه مقایسه شدند و برای ارزیابی وضعیت آلودگی فلزات سنگین و بررسی اثرات محیطزیستی درجه آلودگی اصلاحشده، شاخصهای درجه آلودگی و درجه خطر بالقوه محیطزیستی محاسبه شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آنالیز خاک، بیشترین میزان کادمیوم 35/60 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین 24/60 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و برای سرب بیشترین مقدار 156/30 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین 99/33 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بود که بین میزان کادمیوم قبل و بعد کارخانه اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت که نشان میدهد میزان شاخص آلودگی برای آن شدید و خطرناک است، در صورتی که برای عنصر سرب، آلودگی کم و بیخطر است. نتیجهگیری: غلظت دو عنصر اندازهگیری شده نشان داد که تنها عنصر کادمیوم بالاتر از استانداردهای جهانی بوده و این نمایانگر میزان آلایندگی این کارخانه میباشد، لذا برنامهریزی برای کنترل انتشار این فلز و آلایندههای دیگر باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. نوعمقاله: مقاله پژوهشی

بررسی کارایی جاذب بیسموت اکسی یدید(BioI) در حذف رنگ متیلن بلو از محلول های آبی
چکیده مقدمه: پسابهای رنگی حاصل از صنایع نساجی یکی از عظیم ترین منابع آلوده کننده ی محیط های آبی می باشند.یکی از رنگهای پرکاربرد در صنایع نساجی رنگ متیلن بلو می باشد.متیلن بلو که به دلیل آروماتیک بودن، اغلب سمی، سرطان زا، جهش زا و مقاوم به تجزیه بیولوژیکی است، اثرات مضری بر موجودات زنده در مدت زمان کوتاه مواجهه دارد. فرایند جذب سطحی در سال های اخیر توجهات زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی امکان استفاده از نانو ذرات بیسموت اکسی یدید درجذب رنگ متیلن بلو از فاضلاب سنتتیک انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی روی نمونه های سنتیک رنگ در سیستم ناپیوسته انجام گرفت.اثر متغیرهای مهم در فرایند (pH، دز، زمان تماس و غلظت اولیه رنگ) و همچنین مطالعه ایزوترم و سنتیک فرایند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جاذب مورد استفاده بیسموت اکسی یدید بود که طبق استاندارد در آزمایشگاه تهیه گردید. یافته ها : حداکثر راندمان حذف رنگ متیلن بلو از محلول در pH بهینه برابر 9، زمان تماس 30 دقیقه، دوز جاذب 3 گرم بر لیتر و غلظت اولیه 10 میلی گرم بر لیتر مشاهده شد تبعیت حذف متیلن بلو از مدل کنیتیکی شبه درجه 2 و مدل ایزوترم لانگمویر نشان داد مرحله جذب به عنوان مرحله کنترل کننده فرایند مطرح بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج آزمایشات نشان داد که بیسموت اکسی یدید پتانسیل بالایی جهت حذف مولکولهای رنگ متیلن بلو از نمونه های آب آلوده برخوردار است.

بررسی تغییرات فصلی خصوصیات فیزیکی - شیمیایی آب آشامیدنی روستای سفید الله استان قم
زمینه و هدف: آب سالم و بهداشتی یکی از فاکتورهای حیاتی برای زندگی بشر است. گواه این مطلب وجود استانداردهای سختگیرانه مختلف مثل WHO و EPA در دنیا و استاندارد 1053 در ایران در سالیان اخیر می باشد. این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی اثر تغییرات فصلی (بهار و پاییز) بر روی خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب آشامیدنی در روستای سفید الله استان قم انجام شد. مواد و روشها: سنجش پارامترهایی نظیر: PH، کدورت، هدایت الکتریکی، سختی، کلرور، نیترات، نیتریت، فسفات، آمونیاک، سولفات، فلوراید، کربنات، بی کربنات، کلسیم، منیزیم، سدیم، پتاسیم و منگنز مطابق روش های استاندارد آب های آشامیدنی(استاندارد 1053) انجام شد. اندازه گیری شاخص های فیزیکی و شیمیایی به وسیله سازمان آب و فاضلاب روستایی قم از منابع آب آشامیدنی روستای سفید الله در دو فصل بهار و پاییز در سالهای 1390 و 1391 انجام شد. نتایج: میانگین کلی کلر باقیمانده، کدورت، PH، کل جامدات محلول(TDS)، سختی کل و قلیائیت کل به ترتیب 0 (mg/l)، 0.995 (NTU)، 7.41، 1037.5 (mg/l)، 478 (mg/l)، 288 (mg/l)گزارش شد. نتایج، حاکی از آن بود در بین کاتیون ها و آنیون ها به ترتیب توالی: پتاسیم< منیزیم< کلسیم< سدیم و آمونیاک - بی کربنات< نیتریت< فسفات< فلوراید< نیترات< کلرور< بی کربنات< سولفات برقرار بود. غلظت PH، بی کربنات و منیزیم از حداکثر مجاز توصیه شده بالاتر بود. همچنین تنها میانگین غلظتکدورت، کلسیم، سدیم و پتاسیم در فصل بهار، نسبت به فصل پائیز بالاتر بود. نتیجه گیری: به عنوان نتیجه گیری کلی، تغییر فصول باعث تغییراتی در برخی از شاخص های تحت بررسی شده بود. درنهایت این مطلب برداشت شد که کیفیت آب آشامیدنی روستای سفیدالله، با اصلاح بعضی از پارامتر ها، مشکلی برای مصرف آب شرب ندارد.
