بررسی کیفیت شاخههای جنوبی رودخانه هلیلرود براساس شاخص کیفی آب کانادا (CWQI) و نرمافزار Aquachem
چکیده زمینه و هدف: آبهای سطحی به ویژه رودخانهها یکی از مهمترین منابع آب هستند که نقش مهمی را تأمین آب مورد نیاز فعالیتهای مختلف بر عهده دارند و با پایش کیفیت آنها میتوان در خصوص کاربری آب آنها تصمیمگیری کرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفیت آب شاخههای جنوبی رودخانه هلیلرود بر اساس شاخص کیفی آب کانادا (CWQI) و نرمافزار AquaChem انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش مقطعی، از پارامترهای کیفی آب در 3 ایستگاه مختلف شاخه جنوبی رودخانه هلیلرود (حسینآباد، کناروئیه و کهنگ-شیبانی) طی سال های 1375 تا 1395 استفاده شد. جهت طبقهبندی کیفیت آب رودخانه و تعیین تیپ و ویژگی آن به ترتیب از شاخص کیفی آب CWQI نرمافزار Aquachem استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که شرایط کیفی آب در دو ایستگاه کناروئیه و کهنگ- شیبانی در انواع مختلف مصرف در رتبه عالی و ایستگاه حسینآباد برای مصرف شرب در دسته خوب و از نظر آبزیپروری در محدوده مرزی و از نظر تفریح، آبیاری و مصرف احشام در رتبه عالی قرار دارند. همچنین تحلیل نمودارهای حاصله از نرمافزار Aquachem نشان داد که آب رودخانه ایستگاه حسینآباد از نظر شرب در دسته خوب و دو ایستگاه دیگر در دسته عالی قرار دارند. نتیجهگیری: بررسی کیفیت شیمیایی آب در مقطعی از رودخانه هلیلرود نشان میدهد که از بالا دست به پایین دست از نظر شرب در محدوده عالی و خوب قرار دارد. از نظر کشاورزی نیز در محدوده آبهایی با کیفیت عالی میباشد و میتوان برای آبیاری مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. بر اساس نمودار پایپر تیپ کیفی شیمیایی آب رودخانه در سه ایستگاه مورد مطالعه از نوع کلره سدیک میباشد. همچنین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده انتظار میرود این نوع مطالعات اطلاعات ارزشمندی در ارتباط با استفاده منابع آب توسط مردم محلی منطقه مورد مطالعه ارائه دهد.

مقایسه و اولویت بندی روش های مختلف بی خطرسازی پسماندهای عفونی
زمینه و هدف: روشهای متعددی برای مدیریت پسماندهای عفونی که دارای پتانسیل خطر سلامت و محیط زیست است وجود دارد که در ایران نگرشهای مختلفی به آنها وجود دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی این نگرش ها و معرفی اولویت های متخصصان بهداشت محیط در بی خطرسازی پسماند عفونی میباشد. مواد و روش ها: برای انجام این مطالعه یک پرسشنامه تهیه شد و نظرات متخصصان در مورد پنج روش بی خطر سازی و دفع نهایی پسماندهای عفونی جمع آوری شد و در نهایت دادهها تحلیل شدند. همچنین سهم اولویتهای این متخصصان در انتخاب هر یک از این روش ها در 9 جنبه مختلف مورد سوال قرار گرفت. یافته ها: مسائل بهداشتی (با ۲۶ درصد مطلوبیت) بالاترین اولویت را نزد متخصصان در انتخاب روش داشت، در حالیکه کمترین اولویت به مسائل مالی ( با 8 درصد مطلوبیت) و مقبولیت سیاسی (با 6 درصد مطلوبیت) اختصاص یافت. متخصصان بهداشت محیط استفاده از اتوکلاو و زباله سوز را به ترتیب با 8/77 درصد و 1/44 درصد مطلوبیت به ترتیب مطلوبترین و نامطلوبترین روش دانستند. نتایج نشان داد متخصصان در شرایط کنونی تفاوت چندانی بین بی خطرسازی در محل و بی خطرسازی متمرکز قائل نشدند که این موضوع در امتیازات 65/3 و 72/3 برای این دو حالت منعکس شده است. نتیجه گیری: جنبههای بهداشتی مهمترین اولویت در مدیریت پسماند عفونی هستند. بنابراین اتوکلاو کردن و مایکروویو کردن مناسبترین روش ها برای بی خطرسازی این نوع پسماند است. استفاده از زباله سوز و دفن در زمین برای مدیریت و تصفیه پسماند عفونی پیشنهاد نمی شود.

بررسی کارایی فرآیند فوتوکاتالیستی با استفاده از نانو ذرات دیاکسیدروی در حذف 6،4،2-تریکلروفنول به روش سطح پاسخ
سابقه و هدف: کلروفنول ها یکی از فراوان ترین ترکیبات سمی صنایع هستند که نسبت به تجزیه بیولوژیکی صنایع مقاوم و مدت زمان طولانی در محیط پایدار میماند. بنابراین باید نسبت به حذف آنها و جلوگیری از آلودگی آبهای پذیرنده اقدام نمود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کارایی نانوذره دیاکسید روی در حذف6،4،2-تریکلروفنول بر اساس طراحی به روش سطح – پاسخ میباشد. مواد و روشها:اثر متغیرهای مستقل از جمله pH محلول،دوز نانو ذرات،زمان تماس و غلظت اولیه6،4،2-تریکلروفنول بر عملکرد پاسخ (راندمان حذف6،4،2-تریکلروفنول) با روش سطح پاسخ بر مبنای طراحی Box- Behnkenمورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت انجام آزمایشها از یک راکتور به حجم 1 لیتر با استفاده از نانو ذرات دیاکسیدروی و لامپ UV(15) وات استفاده گردید. یافتهها:در این مطالعه با بررسی پارامترهای موثر بر این فرآیند مشخص شد که در شرایط بهینه، pHبرابر 3، دوز نانو ذرات دیاکسیدروی برابر4/0 گرم بر لیتر، مدت زمان 72/74 دقیقه و غلظت اولیه6،4،2-تریکلروفنول به میزان 50 میلی گرم بر لیتر راندمان حذف 85/95 درصد حاصل گردید. استنتاج: نتایج حاصل از آنالیز دادهها نشان داد که فرآیند فوتوکاتالیستی در حضور نانو ذرات دیاکسیدروی سبب تسریع میزان حذف راندمان6،4،2-تریکلروفنول میشود.

سنجش ریسک بالقوه بوم شناسی آلودگی فلزات سنگین در رسوبات سطحی رودخانه سیاهرود، استان مازندران
زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی غلظت و درجه آلودگی فلزات سنگین در رودخانه ها بر اساس شاخص های آلودگی رسوبات، یکی از موضوعات مهم در تحقیقات بوم سم شناسی است. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق، سنجش غلظت فلزات سنگین در رسوبات رودخانه سیاهرود و ارزیابی ریسک خطر سلامت این آلاینده ها بود. هدف دیگر تعیین وضعیت این رودخانه از لحاظ آلوده و غیر آلوده بودن برای مطالعات بوم سم شناسی بود. روش کار: از روش هضم اسیدی برای آماده سازی نمونه ها استفاده شد. سپس غلظت عناصر Cr، Fe، Zn، As، Se، Ni، Co، Al و Mn با استفاده از ICP-OES اندازه گیری شد. شاخص های ریسک آلودگی و ریسک اکولوژیکی نیز محاسبه گردید. یافته ها: میانگین غلظت های کروم، آهن، روی، آرسنیک، سلنیوم، نیکل، کبالت، آلومینیوم و منگنز به ترتیب 02/33، 82/7309، 61/42، 15/13، 36/13، 88/12، 58/6، 28/1559 و µg/g dw 51/384 بودند. اکثر عناصر مورد مطالعه در طبقه اول شاخص های ارزیابی آلوگی قرار داشتند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده بر مبنای شاخص های آلودگی و مقایسه با دستورالعمل کیفیت رسوبات نشان داد که غلظت عناصر Cr، Se و As نگران کننده است و این عناصر به طور بالقوه می توانند تهدید کننده سلامت موجودات باشند. برای مطالعات بوم سم شناسی، این رودخانه از لحاظ عناصر Cr، Se و As می تواند نسبتاً آلوده و برای سایر عناصر مورد مطالعه غیر آلوده در نظر گرفته شود. هرچند انجام مطالعات تکمیلی و پایش آلاینده ها در این اکوسیستم جهت اتخاذ تصمیمات مدیریتی صحیح و اثر بخش ضروری می باشد.

ارزیابی ایمنی مدیریت تامین و توزیع آب آشامیدنی شهر تربت جام با استفاده از نرم افزار WSP-QA TOOL
زمینه و هدف: تضمین پایداری کمی و کیفی آب آشامیدنی در سیستم های آبرسانی یکی از ارکان اساسی برنامه های مدیریت کیفیت آب می باشد. برنامه ایمنی آب رویکردی نظام مند بوده که با تاکید بر پیشگیری از آلودگی آب از حوزه آبریز تا نقطه مصرف، تضمین کننده تأمین مداوم آب سالم برای مصرف کنندگان می باشد. موادو روش ها: در این مطالعه از نرم افزار WSP-QA TOO به عنوان یک راهنما به منظور ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و شناسایی نقاط آسیب پذیر سیستم آبرسانی شهر تربت جام استفاده گردید. به این منظور اطلاعات ضروری هم راستا با رویکرد WSP، با استفاده از مستندات موجود در شرکت آب و فاضلاب و سازمان های مربوطه و مصاحبه با کارشناسان این سازمان ها تکمیل و آنالیز آنها توسط نرم افزار در محیط اکسل صورت گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که با کسب 159 امتیاز از مجموع امتیازات بررسی شده، تنها 14/36% مطابقت بین رویکرد موجود در سیستم آبرسانی شهر تربت جام با رویکرد ارائه شده توسط سازمان جهانی بهداشت وجود دارد. که در این میان، مرحله دستورالعمل های مدیریتی با 67/66 %، بیشترین و تشکیل گروه WSP با 10 % کمترین میزان اجرای هماهنگ با برنامه را به خود اختصاص داده است. نتیجه گیری: به دلیل کارایی ناکافی رویکرد مرسوم کنترل کیفیت آب که به جای پیشگیری از ایجاد آلودگی تنها به تشخیص آن می پردازد، پتانسیل ایجاد آلودگی های مختلف در سامانه آبرسانی به خصوص از طریق نقاط آسیب پذیر سیستم وجود دارد. بنابراین برنامه ریزی به منظور اجراء و توسعه برنامه ایمنی آب به عنوان یک روش اساسی برای رسیدن به هدف سلامت آب می باشد.

بررسی اپیدمیولوژی طغیان بیماری های منتقله از آب و غذا در استان کردستان
زمینه و هدف: امروزه به دلایل متعدد بیماری های منتقله از آب و غذا و طغیان های ناشی از آن در دنیا رو به گسترش است. این پژوهش با هدف تجزیه و تحلیل داده های شیوع بیماری های منتقله از آب و مواد غذایی در استان کردستان انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه، نوعی مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است که طغیان های گزارش شده طی سال های 1390- 1396 را در استان کردستان مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده است. در این مطالعه ارتباط نسبت طغیان های گزارش شده به تفکیک منبع طغیان (آب یا غذا) با متغیرهای مورد مطالعه از جمله سن، جنس، عامل بیماری، منطقه، محل وقوع طغیان، زمان وقوع طغیان، دارای شبکه توزیع آب آشامیدنی و وضعیت کلرزنی با استفاده از کای اسکوائر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت انجام آنالیزهای آماری نرم افزار STSTA ورژن 13 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته ها: طبق نتایج این مطالعه از مجموع 390 طغیان گزارش شده طی دوره پژوهش، (08/23درصد)90 مورد ناشی از آب، (92/66 درصد)261 مورد ناشی از غذا و (10درصد) 39 مورد با منبع نامشخص ارزیابی گردید. از نظر محل سکونت (67/76درصد)69 مورد از طغیانهای ناشی از آب در روستاها و (33/23 درصد) 21 مورد در مناطق شهری اتفاق افتاده درحالیکه (32/56 درصد)147 مورد از طغیانهای ناشی از غذا در مناطق شهری و (68/43 درصد) 114 مورد در مناطق روستایی رخ داده و بین وقوع طغیانها و محل سکونت در شهر و روستا ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت(P value<0.001). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، رعایت بهداشت مواد غذایی در تهیه و پخت غذا و نظارت بر تامین آب آشامیدنی سالم، نقش به سزایی در کاهش میزان شیوع طغیانهای ناشی از آب و غذا دارد.

بررسی کارایی جاذب آلی کاه و کلش، در جذب گازوئیل از پساب ساختگی (جذب گازوئیل توسط کاه و کلش)
زمینه و هدف: مواد نفتی از قبیل نفت خام، گازوئیل و بنزین به عنوان بیشترین مورد مصرفی در دنیا، عمدهترین آلوده کنندههای آبها هستند. سالیانه حدود ده میلیون تن مواد نفتی در دنیا به بیرون ریخته میشود. استفاده از روشهای بهینه و کارآمد برای تصفیه پساب-های حاوی فرآوردههای نفت( همچون گازوئیل) کاملا ضروری میباشد. روشهای مختلفی برای پاکسازی آلودگیهای نفتی و مشتقات آن وجود دارد. در این پژوهش، از جاذب کاه و کلش به عنوان جاذب آلی برای حذف آلودگی نفتی از پساب استفاده شد. مواد و روشها: در ابتدا با استفاده از آنالیز FT-IR ترکیب شیمیایی کاه و کلش تعیین شد، سپس آزمایشات جذب به صورت ناپیوسته با استفاده از محلولهای آزمایشگاهی حاوی گازوئیل انجام گرفت و شرایط بهینه جذب با تغییر فاکتورهای موثر بر جذب که شامل pH، غلظت اولیه آلوده کننده، زمان تماس و مقدار جاذب بر میزان جذب در سطوح مختلف بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و میزان جذب گازوئیل به روش وزنی تعیین شد. یافتهها: بیشترین میزان جذب کاه و کلش در 5=pH مشاهده شد که با دیگر pH ها اختلاف معنی داری داشت(میزان 89/87 درصد جذب؛ 05/0p <) و کمترین درصد جذب در 9=pH دیده شد که اختلاف معنی داری با سایر pHها نداشت(میزان 04/39 درصد جذب؛ 05/0p <). کارایی مقادیر جاذب کاه و کلش در 2 گرم در لیتر با اختلاف معنی داری بیشتر از دیگر مقدار جاذبها بود(میزان 48/51 درصد جذب؛ 05/0p <) و کمترین درصد جذب با اختلاف معنی داری نسبت به سایر مقادیر در 25/۰ گرم در لیتر مشاهده شد(میزان 30/38 درصد؛ 05/0˂P). برازش همدماهای جذب سطحی نشان داد که جذب گازوئیل توسط کاه و کلش با هر دو مدل فروندویچ و لانگمویر به علت داشتن R2 بالا مطابقت داشت(99/0=R2 و 96/0R2=).
