مطالعه تجربی غلظت آلایندههای بنزن، تولوئن، اتیل بنزن و زایلن (BTEX) در آلودگی هوای تهران
زمینه و هدف: توسعه شهرنشینی همواره با آلودگی هوا همراه بوده است. از جمله این آلایندهها، ترکیبات آلی فرار شامل بنزن، تولوئن، اتیل بنزن و زایلن (BTEX) میباشند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف اندازهگیری غلظت این ترکیبات در فضای باز شهر تهران انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه برای اندازهگیری غلظت BTEX در 46 ایستگاه در زمستان و بهار سال 1394 و همچنین 19 ایستگاه در خرداد ماه سال 1382 از قوانین مؤسسه ملی ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی (NIOSH) استفاده شد. آمادهسازی نمونه و استخراج آلایندهها به وسیله حلال دی سولفید کربن انجام شد. تجزیه نمونهها توسط دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری 16، SPSS انجام گرفت. یافته ها: در سال 1382، آلودگیهای ناشی از BTEX مشاهده شده در مناطق شرق، مرکز و جنوب شهر تهران بیشتر و متوسط غلظت این ترکیبات 238، 130، 118 و ppb 69 بود. نسبت بنزن به تولوئن 0/8تا 3/2 بود که نشان دهنده کیفیت پایین بنزین است. در سال 1394، غلظت BTEX در منطقه 19 (در جنوب شهر تهران) بالاتر از مناطق شرقی و مرکزی که در مناطق ترافیک با توسعه گسترده در حمل و نقل عمومی واقع شدهاند، بود. نتیجه گیری: دلیل کاهش غلظت BTEX به مقدار مجاز آن، بهبود کیفیت بنزین، تجدید خودروهای شخصی و توسعه مترو و حمل و نقل عمومی تا سال 1394 در این مناطق میباشد. در این سال غلظت متوسط این ترکیبات به ترتیب 5/3، 9/2، 1/5 و ppb 2/6 و نسبت بنزن به تولوئن 0/39 تا 0/76 بود که این نوسان نقش قابل توجه تردد خودروها در آلودگی ناشی از ترکیبات BTEX را نشان میدهد.

حذف آنتیبیوتیک سیپروفلوکساسین از محلولهای آبی با روش ازناسیون
زمینه و هدف: سیپروفلوکساسین، یکی از مهمترین آنتیبیوتیکهای سنتتیک و از گروه فلوروکوئینولون میباشد که کاربرد گستردهای در پزشکی و دامپزشکی دارد. حضور اتم فلوئور در ترکیب آن باعث ایجاد ثبات و پایداری شده است. اخیراً از ازن برای تصفیه فاضلاب، کنترل بو و حذف ترکیبات آلی مقاوم استفاده میشود. ازن از طریق اکسیداسیون مستقیم و یا مکانیسم واکنشهای زنجیرهای که منجر به تولید رادیکالهای هیدروکسیل آزاد میشود، عمل میکند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین کارایی فرآیند ازناسیون در حذف آنتیبیوتیک سیپروفلوکساسین از محیط های آبی انجام شد. مواد و روشها:در این مطالعه تجربی ابتدا غلظت ازن تولیدی ژنراتور به روش یدومتریک تعیین گردید. پارامترهای مورد مطالعه در فرآیند شامل: سیپروفلوکساسین با غلظت 50-10 mg/L تا 50، pH 3 تا 12، مدت زمان واکنش min 60 و میزان ازن برابر 1/4mg/L.min در راکتور نیمه منقطع انجام شد. غلظت باقیمانده سیپروفلوکساسین در نمونه ها با استفاده از دستگاه HPLC سنجش شد. یافتهها:در شرایط بهینه شامل pH برابر 12، میزان ازن 1/4mg/L.min و غلظت اولیه آنتیبیوتیک برابر با 10mg/L ، فرآیند ازناسیون قادر بود 94/6 درصد از آنتیبیوتیک سیپروفلوکساسین را حذف نماید. نتیجهگیری: ازناسیون میتواند یک روش مؤثر در حذف آنتیبیوتیک سیپروفلوکساسین از محلولهای آبی باشد.

بررسی توانایی بیومس قارچ آسپرژیلوس ترئوس در حذف کادمیوم از محیطهای آبی: مطالعات ایزوترم و سینتیک
زمینه و هدف: کادمیوم از فلزات سنگین خطرناک بهشمار میرود که بهعنوان یک عنصر غیر ضروری، غیر سودمند و با سمیت بالا برای انسانها شناخته میشود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی توانایی بیومس قارچ آسپرژیلوس ترئوس در حذف کادمیوم از محیطهای آبی انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی که در سال 1394 انجام گرفت، از روش shake flask به منظور کشت بیومس قارچی استفاده شد. از بیومس مرده قارچ آسپرژیلوس ترئوس جهت حذف کادمیوم از محلولهای آبی تحت شرایط غلظت کادمیوم 20، 40، 60، 80، 100 و L/PH ،120 mg های 3، 5، 7 و 9، زمان تماس 15، 30، 45، 60، 90 و min120 و دوز جاذب 1/0 ، 2/0، 5/0، 1 و g 2 استفاده شد. غلظت کادمیوم توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی قرائت شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در زمان تماس PH، 90min برابر با 7، غلظت اولیه کادمیوم mg/l 20 و دوز جاذب g 1، بیومس دارای جذب 94 درصدی میباشد. فرآیند جذب از ایزوترم فروندلیخ با 9463/0=R2 و سینتیک درجه اول با 9935/0=R2 پیروی میکند. نتیجهگیری: فاکتورهای pH، زمان تماس، دوز جاذب و غلظت کادمیوم دارای اثر قابل توجهی بر میزان جذب میباشند. با توجه به ظرفیت جذب بالای این بیومس در حذف کادمیوم در مقایسه با سایر جاذبها میتواند در فرآیندهای تصفیه بهعنوان یک جاذب مناسب استفاده شود.

بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین سرب، مس و کروم در ظروف یکبار مصرف مورد استفاده در شهرکرد در سال 1396
زمینه و هدف: با پیشرفت جامعه و تغییر در شیوه زندگی مردم، استفاده از ظروف یکبار مصرف امری اجتنابناپذیر شده است. استفاده از این ظروف میتواند سلامت فردی و عمومی جامعه را تهدید کند. در حال حاضر ایران جزء 5 کشور اول دنیا در استفاده از این ظروف است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین سرب، کروم و مس در ظروف یکبار مصرف مورد استفاده در شهرکرد انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه بر روی ظروف یکبار مصرف (فوم، گیاهی و پلاستیکی) موجود در شهرکرد انجام گرفت. برای این منظور از سه نمایندگی و از هر نمایندگی سه نمونه ظرف یکبار مصرف (فوم، گیاهی و پلاستیکی) انتخاب گردید. تعداد کل نمونههای جمعآوری شده 72 عدد بود. هضم نمونهها بر اساس مؤسسه استاندارد و تحقیقات صنعتی ایران انجام گرفت و سپس غلظت فلزات سنگین توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی تعیین مقدار گردید. نتایج با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS، ورژن 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین غلظت فلزات سنگین در این ظروف برای مس، کروم و سرب به ترتیب بر اساس جنس، فوم، گیاهی و پلاستیکی از راست به چپ (8/19، 7/4، 0/83 - 4/5، 6/04، 3/33 - 3/73، 7/09، 0)، بر اساس شکل، لیوان، بشقاب و قاشق (5/55، 6/07، 2/55 - 5/26، 7/48، 2 - 4/32، 6/75، 0) و بر اساس برند، ایرانیان، قائم و کیانی (5/36، 2/46، 1/56 - 5/68، 10/76، 1/68 - 4/35، 7/1، 1/12) mg به ازاء هر mg/kg) )kg) از وزن خشک نمونه بهدست آمد. نتیجهگیری: مقایسه مقدار فلزات اندازهگیری شده در ظروف یکبار مصرف نشان داد که میانگین غلظت سرب بر اساس برند در مقایسه با حداکثر مقدار مجاز توصیه شده سرب ( 2mg/kg) در حد استاندارد بود. میانگین غلظت کروم در ظروف یکبار مصرف در مقایسه با حداکثر مقدار مجاز توصیه شده ( 1mg/kg) از استاندارد مورد نظر بیشتر بود. برای مس استاندارد خاصی مشخص نشده است.

ارزیابی خطر مواجهه شغلی با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان و ارائه راهکارهای کنترلی در یک کارخانه سیمان
زمینه و هدف:مواجهه با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان منجر به عوارضی در کارگران مواجهه یافته میشود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی خطر مواجهه شغلی کارگران با گردوغبار قابل استنشاق در یک کارخانه تولید سیمان و ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت کاهش خطر مواجهه با گردوغبار انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مواجهه تمام کارگران شاغل در بخشهای مختلف تولید با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان بر اساس روش استاندارد شماره 0600 ارائه شده توسط انستیتوی ملی بهداشت و ایمنی شغلی آمریکا و با استفاده از پمپ نمونهبردار فردی و سیکلون و فیلتر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به منظور ارزیابی خطر بهداشتی ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان از روش ارائه شده توسط انستیتو ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی سنگاپور استفاده شد. در نهایت سطح خطر برای مواجهه با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان بهدست آمد. یافتهها:نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که اغلب کارگران شاغل در بخشهای مختلف تولید سیمان با گردوغبار بیش از استاندارد تعیین شده توسط کمیته فنی بهداشت حرفه ای کشور ایران و استاندارد توصیه شده توسط مجمع دولتی متخصصین بهداشت صنعتی آمریکا مواجهه دارند. بر اساس ارزیابی خطر قسمتهای مختلف تولید سیمان، سطح ریسک در همه بخشها در حد متوسط بود. نتیجهگیری: کارکنان شاغل در بخشهای مختلف کارخانه در معرض ریسک ناشی از ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان قرار دارند و به همین دلیل راهکارهای کنترل مواجهه با ذرات پیشنهاد میشود.

اندازهگیری میدان الکترومغناطیسی در نمایشگرها و پستهای برق یک شرکت پخش فرآوردههای نفتی در استان مازندران
زمینه و هدف:میدان الکترومغناطیسی از دو قسمت میدان الکتریکی و میدان مغناطیسی و هر دوی آنها توسط جریان الکتریسیته تولید میشوند. مواجهه طولانی مدت با میدانهای الکترومغناطیس اثرات زیان باری بر سلامت کارکنان در معرض دارد. استفاده از وسایل مولد امواج و اثراتی که این میدانها میگذارند رو به گسترش است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شدت میدانهای الکترومغناطیس در بخشهای اداری و پست برق یکی از پایانه های نفتی استان مازندران انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی شدت میدانهای الکترومغناطیس ناشی از مانیتور و سرورهای کامپیوتر واحدهای مختلف و همچنین میدانهای الکترومغناطیسی در پستهای برق و دستگاه فتوکپی در 28 ایستگاه کاری با استفاده از دستگاه EMF MEASUREMENT اندازهگیری و با استانداردهای موجود ملی و بینالمللی مقایسه شد. دادهها با استفاده از تستهای آمار توصیفی و نرمافزار آماری20 SPSS مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: میانگین میدان الکتریکی اندازهگیری شده در تمام وسایل الکتریکی معادل m/v 44/4 و بیشترین و کمترین مقدار میدان الکتریکی اندازهگیری شده به ترتیب m/v 208 و 0/5 و مربوط به دستگاه تکثیر و ژنراتور برق بود. میانگین شدت میدان مغناطیسی در تمام ایستگاهها mT 61/7×10-6 اندازهگیری شد. بیشترین شدت میدان مغناطیسی (mT 5×10-4) در تابلوی برق فشار قوی و کمترین آن ( mT0/2×10-6) مربوط به اتاق کنترل برق بود. نتیجهگیری:شدت تمام میدانهای الکتریکی و مغناطیسی اندازهگیری شده پایینتر از حدود استانداردهای ملی و بینالمللی بود. با توجه به اینکه شدت میدانهای الکتریکی و مغناطیسی مورد مطالعه از حدود توصیه شده ملی و بینالمللی کمتر بود، احتمالاً شاغلین با حدود ایمن میدان الکترومغناطیس در مواجهه هستند.

مطالعه عوامل قارچی موجود در آب سد شهید رجایی از دیدگاه بهداشتی با هدف تأمین آب شرب
زمینه و هدف: مهمترین مسئله در انتخاب منابع تأمین آب شرب، عاری بودن آنها از عوامل مخاطرهآمیز بهداشت انسانی خصوصاً عوامل عفونی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کمی و شناسایی عوامل قارچی موجود در آب دریاچه سد شهید رجایی از دیدگاه بهداشتی در جهت استفاده از آن برای تأمین آب شرب شهر ساری انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه نمونهبرداری از پنج ایستگاه، طی شش مرحله در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. از هر نمونه دو رقت 1-10 و 100 تهیه و میزان mL 500 از آن در محیط سابرودکستروز آگار کشت داده شد و در دمای C°30-27 برای 5-3 روز گرم خانهگذاری گردید. پرگنهها پس از شمارش، خالصسازی و شناسایی شدند. در این بررسی پارامترهای دما، pH، BOD5 و COD نیز اندازهگیری شدند. یافته ها: تعداد پرگنه های قارچی جداسازی شده در تیر و مرداد افزایش معنیدار و در بهمن کاهش معنیداری داشت ( P<0/05). در بین ایستگاهها، تاج سد در تمام ماه ها بالاترین میزان شمارش عوامل قارچی را داشت. ضریب همبستگی بین تعداد پرگنه های قارچی جداسازی شده و فاکتورهای دما، BOD5 و COD به ترتیب 0/87، 0/60 و 0/66 بود. عوامل قارچی شناسایی شده به ترتیب درصد فراوانی آسپرژیلوس (31/4 درصد)، انواع مخمر (24/2 درصد)، پنیسلیوم (19/3 درصد)، کلادوسپوریوم (10/3 درصد)، موکور (5/4 درصد)، فوزاریوم (2/9 درصد)، آلترناریا (2/3 درصد)، هایف استریل (2/8 درصد) و پسیلومایسس (1/4 درصد) بودند. نتیجه گیری:بالاترین ضریب همبستگی بین میزان جداسازی عوامل قارچی با فاکتورهای فیزیکوشیمیایی به ترتیب با دما، COD و BOD5 بود و این فاکتورها نقش مستقیمی در تغییرات کمی پرگنه های قارچی جداسازی شده از آب داشتند. همچنین عوامل قارچی جداسازی شده شامل قارچهای بیماریزای فرصتطلب برای انسان و نیز مولد سم بودند که دارای مخاطرات بهداشتی هستند.
