However, without comprehensive research, a large project such as a dam will have many irreversible and unpredictable effects on the environment. In this paper, the environmental impacts of Eyvashan dam in two phases of construction and exploitation on biological, physical-chemical, economic-social, cultural and strategic environments have been identified and studied. Materials and Methods: In the study of the environmental impact assessment of the Eyvashan dam with regard to development and evolution, as well as the abundant use of matrices in construction projects, the modified Leopold matrix method and the rapid impact assessment matrix have been used. The field survey and questionnaire were used to evaluate the construction and operation activities on the environmental components. Results: The results showed that the most negative effects in both construction and utilization phases were in both Leopold modified matrix and the rapid impact assessment matrix related to the physical-chemical environment and the most positive effects of the socio-economic environment for both phases. Conclusion: By comparing the many positive effects of construction and exploitation of the dam in terms of socio-economic status, the construction of the dam can be considered as an appropriate alternative to the physical-chemical negative effects. Also, in the results of both matrices, there was a very suitable adaptation matrix that can confirm the accuracy of the results in the environmental assessment of the Eyvashan dam in two stages of construction and operation.  }, keywords = {Eyvashan,Leopold,RIAM,Construction,Operation}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی سد ایوشان با استفاده از روش ماتریس لئوپولد و ماتریس ارزیابی سریع}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: با توجه به مواردی همچون تغییر اقلیم گسترده و در نتیجه افزایش خشکسالی، رشد جمعیت انسانی و به‌تبع آن افزایش تقاضای جهانی برای انرژی و آب، پروژه‌های بزرگ سدسازی افزایش یافته است. با این وجود بدون تحقیقات جامع، یک پروژه بزرگ مانند سد، اثرات برگشت‌ناپذیر و پیش‎بینی نشده زیادی را روی محیط زیست خواهد گذاشت. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثرات زیست‌محیطی سد ایوشان در دو فاز ساختمانی و بهره‎برداری بر محیط‎های بیولوژیکی، فیزیکی- شیمیایی، اقتصادی- اجتماعی، فرهنگی و استراتژیکی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه ارزیابی اثرات زیست‌محیطی سد ایوشان با توجه به توسعه و تکامل و همچنین کاربرد فراوان ماتریس‌ها در پروژه‌های عمرانی، از روش ماتریس لئوپولد اصلاح شده و ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع استفاده شد. جهت ارزیابی فعالیت‌های مرحله ساختمانی و بهره‌برداری بر روی اجزای محیط زیستی هر یک از گزینه‌ها، از روش بازدید میدانی و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین اثرات و پیامدهای منفی در فازهای ساختمانی و بهره‎برداری برای هر دو ماتریس لئوپولد اصلاح شده و ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع مربوط به محیط فیزیکی- شیمیایی و بیشترین اثرات مثبت مربوط به محیط اقتصادی- اجتماعی برای هر دو فاز بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با مقایسه آثار مثبت فراوان ساخت و بهره‌برداری سد از نظر اقتصادی - اجتماعی نسبت به آثار منفی فیزیکی- شیمیایی، می‌توان گزینه ساخت سد را گزینه‌ای مناسب محسوب نمود. همچنین در نتایج هر دو ماتریس تطابق بسیار مناسبی به‌دست آمد که می‌تواند صحت نتایج را در ارزیابی زیست محیطی سد ایوشان در دو مرحله ساختمانی و بهره‌برداری تأیید نماید. نوع مقاله: پژوهشی}, keywords_fa = {سد ایوشان,ماتریس لئوپولد,ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع,فاز ساختمانی,فاز بهره‎برداری}, url = {https://jreh.mums.ac.ir/article_13945.html}, eprint = {https://jreh.mums.ac.ir/article_13945_f7cbc48cdf8550118ee0a7c2ea3a6a76.pdf} }
